Why do I lack sexual feelings with my husband?

Patient's Query

I am married women I don't have feeling with my husband while have sex

Answered by Dr. Madhu Sudan

Sometimes, emotional or physical factors can impact our feelings during intimacy. Stress, fatigue, relationship issues, or even hormonal changes can play a role. It's essential to communicate openly with your husband about how you're feeling. Seeking support from a psychologist can also be helpful in addressing any underlying concerns. Additionally, a visit to your sexologist can rule out any medical conditions contributing to this.

I am 20 year old female, during an intercourse today we felt something liquid even after using protection what should I do

Female | 20

Yes, fluid exchange may happen even though one uses a condom. In case your worries are regarding it, the most advisable thing to do is to keep an eye on yourself for any symptoms that are not normal for you, such as the ones mentioned as itching, burning, or unusual discharge. One of the advantages of being aware of how your body is functioning is that noticing any changes can help you determine whether it is necessary or not to go for further advice.

Erection problems can be due to different reasons, for example, stress, anxiety, or physical health problems, etc. It is a matter of particular importance to discuss with a healthcare professional so they can identify the particular reason in your case. Treatment methods can be medication, therapy, or changing lifestyle. The progress may vary for each patient; however, with proper treatment, there is a chance of bettering your situation.

My wife and I had our first kid five months ago, and she is still nursing. When it comes to sex, she is never in the mood and always complains about the burning. Also, she does not initiate sex on her own will. This is causing me a little amount of worry and frustration right now. My age is 33, and hers is 30.

I masturbrated with hairbrush last night and it’s bleeding now

Female | 27

It sounds like you may have hurt yourself during the activity. Bleeding from that area can happen if there was too much friction or pressure. It's important to wash gently with water and keep the area clean. Avoid any further rubbing or pressure. Let it heal naturally. If bleeding continues, seems excessive, or you experience any pain or signs of infection, visit a doctor.

If you sleep with someone and you are having sex and the condom breaks, do you pull out your penis? Can you get HIV?

Male | 25

If a condom breaks during sex, the act should be immediately stopped. Withdrawal, which is also known as decreasing the risk of STIs (STIs) and pregnancy, including HIV. STIs symptoms can be different though can still be noticeable such as uncommon discharge and itchiness. To lessen the likelihood of HIV being transferred, you might contemplate getting the morning-after pill (even though it is supposed to be taken the day or week it happened) or the morning-after pill and consulting with a medical practitioner for more real-time information and for testing options. Counseling about the use of PrEP, a drug which prevents infections, is available for people who are in the risk group. Getting regular updates and showing concern for your sexual health should be a rule. The main thing is that by reaching out for professional help you show that you care about your physical and emotional health.

I have pain in my left testicle,it started as minor pain but it's increasing day by day I had the same issue few months ago,but it healed itself automatically Now what should I do?

Male | 26

Hello, Testicular pain is pain or discomfort that is felt in one or both testicles. The pain may originate from the testicles itself, or it may be the result of other conditions affecting the scrotum, groin. Or abdomen
Testicular pain can be an acute (short-term) or chronic (long-term) condition. The testicular pain may be constant or intermittent.
Potential causes of testicular pain are Varicocele. Hydrocele. Jerk… injury, twisting, Kidney stones, infection, hertnia, nerve damage, fluid buildup and inflammation.
Many times testicular or scrotum pain is due to... when you are in sexual arousal mood for a long period of time without any discharge… example you are reading or watching porn material or you are with your girlfriend in a common place like in garden or somewhere... and you both are in a sexual mood while talking or reading or watching a porn material but there cannot be any discharge because of the public places.... after that when you come out of that sexual arousal mood.... you will feel a tremendous pain in your scrotum... but that is a temporary one and that pain is gone once if you masturbate or you do sexual intercourse or the pain goes in a day or two on its own.
These are some steps you can take to reduce this pain.
Wear an athletic supporter or Langot or tight underwear to provide support 2 the testicles.
Use Ice packs.
You must do sonography of the scrotum and show the report to your family doctor or a
Surgeon.
Most of the times when in the report it comes varicocele and hydrocele then the permanent solution is operation only

i need help with issue with my girlfriend. we already had some problems like this, but i need doctors opinion. we had sex and we wore a condom and i am sure that everything qith it was good but she always looks for those days when you can get pregnent but this time didnt. and it was her first day of that cycle. could anything happen with condom that can be something bad and that was 9 days ago when she can take a test some sites says 10 days some 20

Female | 21

Condoms are an effective means of contraception, but things might still go wrong occasionally by tearing or slipping. While conception is possible anytime a woman is not using birth control a how-to guide is not a substitute for exceptional contraception. A urine sample can be taken as early as the 2nd day of your cycle to determine whether you are pregnant. If she has panic attacks or difficulty because of the missed arrival of the menses, prompt her to seek advice or go to the doctor with her, it will be a comforting experience. Both parties need to share their ideas during this period.
