Hi I felt a lump on penis after a wild intercourse maybe it folded in between process lump is in mid of the part no visual felt just tangible lump
Male | 29
You shouldn't worry too much about the lump on your penis after intercourse. It might just be swelling caused by friction during sex. Or maybe it's a cyst or blocked oil gland, which isn't serious. But if it doesn't go away soon or hurts, you should get it checked out by a urologist.

I am experiencing discomfort and pain in my left testicle for the past four weeks. The pain is mild and is mainly felt when I stand up from a lying position or remain stationary for an extended period. I visited a doctor initially, and he prescribed medication, which helped reduce the pain, but I still have lingering discomfort. The pain is localized to the left testicle and is not severe enough to affect my daily activities significantly. However, I have noticed that my left testicle hangs lower than the right one, and there is a slight difference in size between the two. The pain is manageable and does not interfere with my ability to function, but I am concerned about the lingering discomfort and the asymmetry between the testicles. I have tried using ice packs and over-the-counter pain relief ointments, but the relief is temporary. I have also been practicing self-care measures such as wearing supportive underwear and avoiding activities that aggravate the pain. Despite these efforts, the discomfort persists. I am seeking guidance on how to manage this condition effectively and whether there are any additional steps I can take to alleviate the pain and promote healing. I would appreciate your expertise and advice on how to address this issue and restore normalcy to my testicular health.

You might have a condition known as varicocele where the veins in the scrotum enlarge. There is usually discomfort and a feeling of testicle heaviness. Varicoceles can cause differences in testicle size and position. It’s important to put on tight underwear and cold packs to relieve the pain. If the pain continues, further evaluation or treatment options may be advised by a urologist.

Can oral herpes be spread to genitals through penetration alone?
Female | 30
Yes, oral herpes can be directly transmitted to the genitals through penetration solely. Genital herpes is caused by HSV-2, but oral sex can result in genital infection from the oraphasic virus. Consult a health care professional, such as dermatologist or urologist; for accurate prognosis and treatment.

Male | 30
You may be having a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs are painful when you pee. A person may need to take medication for a few months or there is a chance, that he will be infected again. It is crucial to drink water and to not hold your pee. Clinical examination to see the possibility of prescribing antibiotics that will clear the infection and prevent it from coming back can also be discussed with a urologist.

My Nephew was being treated for high bilirubin during which Blood/urine test were done with +ve UTI. MCU suggested PUV which is not clearly visible in the X-Ray. One surgeon mentioned surgery, another Urologist mentioned nothing is required as it’s not clear and there are no symptoms of fever or UTI in the kid. Please advise.
Male | 0
Your nephew was watched for high bilirubin, which is good. It’s a puzzle with a positive UTI and maybe PUV. Symptoms include fever and UTIs. PUV can block urine flow. Surgery might be necessary but it’s not clear from the X-ray. If there is no fever or symptoms, don’t hurry now. Continue working with the doctors.

I am currently experiencing swollen right epididymis on my scrotum after having abrupt exercise on treadmill. My testicles feels heavy and there’s a discomfort when walking. Aside from these, I don’t experience any more signs and symptoms. I don’t have fever and no difficulty in urinating. My scrotum is not red or hot.
Male | 26
If a person overuses or damages the epididymis by performing a lot of strenuous activities, it may cause discomfort and heaviness. The cause could be a small injury or being roughed up. You are positive of having no fever, redness or trouble in passing urine, which are the common indications of something more serious. You can reduce those symptoms by sleeping, applying ice or wearing more supportive underwear. Keep an eye on the following days for any unusual occurings. Yet, if the swelling stays, gets worse, or new symptoms come up, you should seek medical advice from an urologist.

I did 200 sit-ups, now my testicles are feeling like uncomfortable and sensitive. What shall I do now?
Male | 20
It's normal to feel TESTICULAR discomfort after sit-ups.. It's due to increased intra-abdominal pressure.. The pain should go away in a few hours. If it persists, apply an ice pack on the area for 20 minutes.. Take over-the-counter pain relievers, if the pain is severe.. If you notice swelling or REDNESS, seek medical attention.. Remember to breathe out during the sit-up's exertion phase.. Avoid holding your breath.

after protected sex for 3 time and unprotected sex for ones , first i started having burning sensation on my penis tip while urinating. It eventually went away but now the foreskin has got tighten.
Male | 23
You are feeling a bit uncomfortable in that area. When you pee and feel a burning sensation, it could be because of an infection such as a UTI (urinary tract infection). This might have caused swelling which made the skin on your penis tight. Infections can sometimes stick around and affect other parts too. So it would be good for you to see a urologist who will give you the right treatment.

my doctor told me to take tinidazole and doxycycline two tablets a day but I mistakenly took it one time a day for four days it was 15days tab what should I do I have uti
Female | 24
When treating a UTI, it's crucial to take your antibiotics as prescribed to ensure they work effectively. Taking tinidazole and doxycycline once a day instead of twice may not fully clear the infection. It's great you reached out for advice. I recommend contacting your urologist promptly to discuss the situation. They may adjust your treatment plan or suggest additional steps to address the missed doses.

Regarding the size, an erect penis of around 4 inches may be enough for some people, but it varies. Premature ejaculation can happen for various reasons. It's best to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice on both concerns. Communication about preferences and needs with your partner is also important for a healthy sexual relationship.

So basically when I was 7 I lost one of my balls due to injury and when I’ve talked to people they say that I should masturbate to make sure everything works properly is this true
Male | 15
I recommend you to do not depend on such claims made by non-professionals. Testicle injury-induced hormonal imbalances and fertility problems require an expert urologist who treats this type of ailment. Masturbation is unrelated to testicular health and should not be perceived as a way of checking or improving it.

Properly addressing that the pain/soreness and a lump in the testicle can be due to so many reasons is essential. Sometimes, it could be an indifferent fluid-filled tumor but testicular cancer should be ruled out along with the others. In any case, it's essential to have a urologist check it out promptly so they can provide the appropriate treatment.

Irritation of the urethra can occur after intercourse. You may see common symptoms like a burning sensation or pain when urinating, the feeling of going to the toilet often, or cloudy urine. The cause of it might be a urinary tract infection (UTI), which is common. Drink lots of water and try to urinate frequently. It's understandable to be concerned about your symptoms. Feeling discomfort after urination and pain in the genital area could be linked to several factors, such as urinary tract infections, bladder issues, or sensitivity. Increased intake of fluids may cause sensations of incomplete emptying, which can be normal in some cases. It's essential to stay hydrated and monitor your symptoms. However, since you are experiencing pain, it's advisable to consult an urologist. They can provide a thorough evaluation to identify the underlying cause and recommend appropriate treatment to help you feel better.
