I had a general check up today TSH - 0.11 T4 - 16.60 T3 - 4.32 what does this indicate?

My TSH level is currently 7.9, FT4=0.82, FT3=2.9. Should I still be taking daily methimez 2.5mg or should I fully stop it/reduce it less than 2.5mg daily since TSH level is currently 7.9.
