If you're experiencing symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, or mood swings, these could indicate thyroid issues. Various factors, such as genetics or autoimmune conditions, might be contributing. The initial step is to discuss these concerns with a healthcare professional, who can conduct necessary tests to assess your thyroid function. I am a 38 year old man. In december 2023 I made a blood test and my HBA1C was 7.5%. Two months later it dropped to 6.8%. After 6 months I made another blood test and it was 6.2%. My question is: is it type 2 diabetes? Just for information, last year October and November were very stressful for me. Thanks in advance
Male | 38
Based on the information you shared, it seems that your blood sugar levels have been improving, which is a great relief! Your HbA1c falling from 7.5% to 6.2% over time is a good sign. Stress can also be a contributing factor to blood sugar levels, and thus, it could be one of the considerations. Monitor your health, eat healthy, stay active, and have regular check-ups with your doctor to monitor your blood sugar levels.

My t3 ( trilodothyronine) level is 1.187 And T4 range is 76.30 And TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) level is 1.012
Female | 16
Based on your thyroid hormone levels, you appear to be within normal ranges, which is a positive sign. It's important to understand that abnormalities in these hormones can lead to symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, or mood fluctuations. Various factors, including stress or autoimmune conditions, can influence thyroid function. If you're experiencing any concerning symptoms, I recommend keeping track of them and discussing with an endocrinologist. They can provide tailored guidance and, if necessary, suggest further evaluation or treatment options.

Female | 12
PCOS can cause irregular periods, weight changes, and skin issues like pigmentation. Home remedies can help, but it's also important to see your gynecologist regularly. They may suggest lifestyle changes, like a balanced diet and regular exercise, which can make a big difference. Don't hesitate to talk to your doctor about your ongoing symptoms. They can offer treatments like medication or further advice tailored to your needs.

Does fatigue and sleepiness is common side effects of taking liraglutide r-DNA injection ?
Female | 33
Fatigue and drowsiness can occur with liraglutide, often due to its effects on hormone levels and blood sugar regulation. These feelings may improve as your body adjusts to the medication. To manage these symptoms, ensure you're getting enough rest, stay well-hydrated, and maintain a balanced diet. Regular physical activity can also help boost energy levels. However, if you find these issues persistent or troubling, please consult endocrinologist. They can offer personalized advice and assess your situation to ensure your treatment is both safe and effective.
