Yellow discharge can happen due to many reasons, and whether normal or not depends on what is causing it. Some amount of vaginal discharge is normal and healthy. If you think excessive discharge is happening then consult your gynec for apt treatment.

Its normal if your period gets delayed by a few day, there's nothing to worry about.. Stress, adn hormonal chanegs can also lead to a delay in your periods.. Apart from that pregnancy is another factor and if you are concerned its important that you g et it checked.
