Hello I’m a 19 year old male that’s been spitting up blood with no cough or chest pain or difficulty breathing. It’s not a large amount of blood and doesn’t happen 24/7 / I used to vape / smoke weed but have stopped when I noticed this was happening. Sir, my ESR is 64 or there is infection in the right region in the x-ray, do I have TB? And I am on antibiotics (IV Fluid) but the infection has still not gone down, so what should I do next?

A Patient 73 year old male has metastatic lung cancer went through radiation it's been 2-3 months since radiation ...used to eat a little but over the time his desire to eat has disappeared [has just a cup of juice but not frequently and gets wheezing cough whenever he does ] has lost so much weight [went from 70 kg to 45-50 ish] unable to walk by himself and recently fractured his femur [hence bedridden ] ..is now admitted thinking of going through surgery for the same [doctor says no guarantee ]...can I give them shilajit or I shouldn't because their lungs are too weak for that ?
