Questions & Answers on "Panchakarma" (33)

Hello, I'm 48 yrs old male, diagnosed with AML in August 2020, underwent intense chemo. Achieved remission after cycle1. After 4 cycles of chemo in april 2021, I was advised to take preventive chemo thats milder (Azacitidine for 12 cycles). This chemo started in May 2021 until Nov 2022. Now I have achieved complete remission & stopped all treatment. what are my chances here, is there a likelihood of relapse, if yes should I take any preventive steps like ayurveda etc. I dont have prior history of smoking or drinking, have maintained healthy diet all along

Remission from treatment is wonderful news. Your relapse chances vary but maintaining a healthy lifestyle remains vital. AML relapse risk exists, as it's a complex cancer. Ayurvedic therapies support wellbeing, but regular medical follow-ups catch relapses early. Keep doing what you're doing, and stay connected with your care team.

It is possible that Speman pills can assist with male reproductive health. Some men take them for issues like low sperm count or quality. A lack of sperm can be caused by factors such as a poor diet, stress, and smoking. Natural agents found in Speman tablets might promote better sperm output. In case you have any worries, it is always a good idea to talk to a doctor.

For mild headaches, body pain, and fever, paracetamol is generally considered a safe option with minimal side effects when taken in the correct dosage. However, it’s important to consult a general physician to ensure the medication is right for your specific health condition. Always avoid self-medication and follow your doctor's advice for best results.
