Questions & Answers on "Radiofrequency Neurotomy" (423)

I am 29 year old male and recently tested my testosterone level. It is 2.03 ng/ml. So i want to ask..is this is normal?

Male | 29

Typically, this hormone sits within the range of 2.5 to 10 ng/ml in men. A level lower than 2.03 ng/ml might indicate you have an issue. That's not too far below average. Having low T can cause symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, and mood swings among others. Many things can lead to it happening including stress obesity or certain medical conditions. I recommend talking with your doctor about what these results mean for you and what steps can be taken toward balancing them out.

thing..my daughter is 13 yrs old n 165 cms tall..she had her first period 2.4 years back.father height 5.8 inch n mother height 5.1 inch..can she get few more inches.or she has got adult height...pls suggest

Female | 13

A 13-year-old may still have some growing to do. The growth spurt during puberty is different for everyone. Most girls stop growing taller between 14 and 16 years old. However, it is true that a few factors that can affect a person's height are genetics and nutrition. Environmental factors (nutrition) and genetic endowments are the ways to ensure her growth. If you want her to grow, make sure she's getting a sufficient diet and moving a lot.

Hello Dr .i want to gain weight, which supplement do I take

Female | 22

Weight gain can be influenced by factors like metabolism, diet, and exercise habits. Before starting any supplement, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause of your low weight. They can recommend personalized strategies, such as increasing calorie and protein intake through a balanced diet and possibly incorporating supplements like protein powders or weight gainer shakes.
