Hi, I think was exposed to HIV after having unprotected sex on th 8th July. I took a rapid test on the 18th July and it came out negative. What should I do?
Male | 32
If one suspects to have been exposed to HIV, a regular test is one of the vital things to do. There are cases where the virus needs some time to be discovered during tests. HIV symptoms are different for example vomiting, fatigue, and enlarged glands (lymph nodes). The simple statement that must be kept in mind is that using a protector for the services is the one and that is the first option. In case of any issue, do not forget to consult a doctor.

When I do masterpation I feel strong pain in my penis and nerve

You may have penile nerve irritation. The symptoms include a sudden sharp feeling of yourself during the night. Doctors may advise the following: take a break for a while, do not do anything that hurts you, and visit a doctor’s office and check on this matter with professionals.

While having intercource my penis skin rolls down and the exposed part gets is too sensitive and I can't continue further pls help

You might have an issue called phimosis. The situation involves the fact that the foreskin is hard and can not be retracted apart easily. It can lead to sensitivity and uncomfortable feelings during sex which becomes painful. At first, you should see a urologist to get a diagnosis. This procedure involves alternatives such as manual stretching of the foreskin, creams, or in rare cases: circumcision.

Sex related Time increase with partner on bed without harming any thing
Male | 26
It's normal to wish for a longer stay in the bed with your partner. Being tired or stressed can sometimes delay this. As a good habit, the tougher the day ends, the better you will feel. Running, yoga, and sleeping herbs can also be helpful. If anxiety continues, booking a consultation with a sexologist should fix the issue.
