Hello. I've been noticing that both my testicles have been stiff for the past 4 weeks. Besides this, I have just recently noticed a small, barely the size of a speck of dust lump newr the top of my left testicle. It was not painful to the touch before, but now it hurts very slightly, like a dull ache from a bruise. My ejaculations have been normal, and morning wood is present as well. Please advise further.

I have suffering urine leakage problem from last 4 days, that problem was start my 3rd day of periods in that day i have sex with my boyfriend but i can't go urine to afternoon to night 8pm after that next day i was suffering urine leakage problem I can't control it every day night time i can't sleep every 30min i go to washroom .
