I was born with a very thick face and chin and have had it all my life despite never being overweight and living a healthy life. Now I'm 16 years old and have a slimmer face and chin, but I'm still quite fat in those places. I would be very grateful if someone could tell me what causes this and if there is any effective way to remove it. I can also add that I was late into puberty with growth.
