My second question is that kabhi kabhi mera stomach bhi upset ho jata hai .mujhe kabhi kabhi acidity ki problem bhi hoti hai . Please suggest treatment and medicine for me regarding this . Mujhe thand bhi bahut lagti hai baar baar cold , gale ki kharash ho jati hai . How i cure this ? Please also suggest immunity booster for me. I am 35 years old man.

Aapke symptoms, jaise thandi lagne, gale mein kharash aur kabhi-kabhi pet ki samasya, bahut aam hain. Iska upchar aap kuch ghariloo nuskhe se kar sakte hain. Garam paani se gargarah karein, aur chamomile tea ya honey lein. Warm fluids aapko rahat denge. Acidity ke liye, aap jeera ya ginger tea try kar sakte hain, aur bhut oily khana na khayein.
