I am 24 year old woman from haryana. I feel that my body is Vata and pitta dominant. There are some skin issues like itching, dryness. I am short tempered and agressive. I feel weak and less focused on my studies. Please suggest me some tips and diet plan and also oil for Abhyanga(body massage).
