I get attacks of thirst (dry mouth included), dizzy and unwell followed by feeling tired and a headache later in the day. This happens weekly (week n half most) used to be once a month or so. Previous bloods showed low folic, elevated bilirubin and b12 but no proper answers or directions.

My son was diagnosed for Wiskott Aldric Syndrome and Doctors have advised born marrow transplant. Which can be done at special hospitals in India, please we need you to avail us the cost of bone marrow transplant in hospital. Also provide inform on if I can take any benefits of government cards like Ayushman card, Bal Sandarbh card or etc. Also provide me any other information which I should know.

Wiskott Aldric syndrome (WAS) is a very rare X-linked recessive disease characterized by eczema, thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), immune deficiency, and bloody diarrhea (due to thrombocytopenia). It needs a multidisciplinary approach. Treatment too has to cover different aspects of the syndrome. Transplantation is the current accepted treatment HLA typing of all potential donors should be done. If a family donor is not identified, an unrelated donor should be searched so that potential donor is available. But over all benefits of the therapy has to be taken into account. Usually, bone marrow transplantation cost ranges from Rs. 15,00,000 ($20,929) to Rs. 40,00,000 ($55,816). Iam 38 years male and have increased level uric acid 10.7 now previous it was 10.1 on local doctor prescription I have used zyloric tablets for 30 days even though not decreased.i also not a alcohol drinker but iam facing these problems like pain in knee, ankle severe.

Zyloric tablets usually are prescribed to reduce uric acid levels but if they aren't working you may require a different treatment.
