I took Levonorgestrel pill 11 hour after unprotected sex and I did again unprotected sex after 8 hours after taking it do I need the 2 pill
Female | 20
Taking the emergency contraceptive pill within a short time frame after unprotected intercourse is the best step you can take. However, since you engaged in additional unprotected intercourse shortly after taking the pill, it’s advisable to speak with a gynecologist. They can provide tailored advice and may recommend additional measures. Side effects can include nausea or changes in your menstrual cycle, but these are often temporary.

I am 30 year old male single from last 10 days I am noticing that I am not having erection which I was having earlier and the morning erection also not happening and at intercourse time also not having proper erection what should I do,it is because of low testosterone or something else kindly suggest.
Male | 30
The symptoms you described, like having difficulty getting and keeping an erection, could be a result of different reasons, for example, low testosterone levels. It's also possible that stress, anxiety, or lifestyle factors may be the ones that you are contributing. I recommend getting in touch with a sexologist for further assessment and direction on the best course of treatment.

I am 31 Years old Male. I recently thought to take STDs test although I didn't have any symptoms; as I am looking to get married. I have no history of vaginal or anal sex. However, I got result that I am HBsAg positive. I went to MD doctor who recommended various tests including Sonography to check liver status. It came out that liver is completely normal, no diabetes and followings were the report: 1. Anti-HBc IgM : Negative 2. Anti HBeAg : Positive 3. ANTI HBsAg : Non-reactive 4. HBsAg : Reactive 5. HBV DNA Viral Load : 6360 IU/mL, Log10 Value : 3.80 When I went back to the same doctor, he said I have no active Hep B infection and it has long came and gone. So I don't need to do anything now as I am completely recovered. However, I need to get my family members tested and vaccinated for Hep B and also my future wife should be tested and vaccinated for Hep B before we initiate our sexual relationship. Can you please share your thoughts on the same? Have I completely recovered from Hep B? I haven't informed this to my family members or anyone as Hep B still has stigma around it but I am also concerned for my current and future family. Kindly help.

খুব কম সময়ে বীর্য পাত হয়ে যযাচ্ছে
Male | 38
A quick loss of semen can happen due to a variety of reasons, such as stress, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, or even certain medications. It's quite common and usually nothing to worry about. However, if it's persistent, it might be worth discussing with a sexologist to rule out any underlying issues. In the meantime, try to reduce stress, get enough rest, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I have a 7 yrs Masturbation case and I want to stop it and be normal again, Even I want to do well during sex because now I do one round last to 50 secs only and never be able to do the next
Male | 22
It's understandable to seek change after experiencing prolonged habits. Frequent masturbation can sometimes lead to concerns about prolonged arousal and sexual performance. Factors like anxiety, lack of experience, or focus on performance may contribute to these feelings. To improve, consider healthy lifestyle habits such as regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and mindfulness techniques. Connecting emotionally with partners can enhance intimacy as well. However, if concerns persist, speaking with a sexologist is a wise step. They can provide tailored guidance and support that respects your individual needs.

Hi doctor, currently I am 23, since 2017 I am addicted to masturbation(once in a day or once in 2 days since 2017) . I want to get out of it but I can't. I don't know what to do. Please find a solution for me. And also currently I am doing a job smoking also started once in a day since one year. Also I am trying to avoid once in 3 days. I can avoid smoking to some extent but masturbation I can't avoid continuously.
Male | 23
Masturbation is normal and natural but too much of it can sometimes mean that a person is dealing with stress and anxiety. Also, smoking may be a factor that contributes to stress. Start finding healthier ways to handle stress such as getting some exercise or talking things out with someone. In case you are having trouble with either one or both, ask for advice from a sexologist or therapist.

i had unprotected sex 2 days after my partner took plan b (escapelle) does she need to take it again? Is there a risk of her getting pregnant?
Other | 19
If you had unprotected sex two days after your partner took Plan B (Escapelle), she generally does not need to take it again. Plan B can be effective if taken within 72 hours after unprotected sex. However, there is still a small risk of pregnancy. For personalized advice, please consult a gynecologist.

Hello Dr I am having issue while having physical relation with my wife My marriage was before 3 years and every thing was going smooth but from past 2 weeks I am unable to get erection while having a intercourse and it is a big difficulty as we are planning for baby
Male | 29
It could be a result of mental health troubles, stress, angst, or exhaustion. Also, at times, health issues like high blood pressure or diabetes can be a factor as well. Bring the topic up with your wife trusting her and trying not to be defensive. For serious alleviation of the problem, you can communicate with a sex doctor and discuss further treatments if needed.

Femenino | 17
With the subdermal implant and your pill regimen, you're already on a good path for contraception. In this scenario, the chances of pregnancy are quite low, especially since ejaculation didn't occur inside. However, it's always wise to stay vigilant. I'd recommend keeping an eye on any unusual symptoms and, if your period is delayed, taking a pregnancy test just to be sure. And going forward, ensuring consistent condom use can add that extra layer of protection. know?

पेशाब करने के बाद थोड़ा सा वीर्य निकलता है कभी-कभी
Male | 30
It's not uncommon for a small amount of semen to come out after urination. This can happen due to residual semen in the urethra from a previous ejaculation. It's usually nothing to worry about. However, if you notice any other symptoms like pain or burning sensation while urinating, it's a good idea to see an urologist for further evaluation. In the meantime, staying hydrated and maintaining good genital hygiene can help. If the issue persists or if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to seek medical advice to rule out any underlying conditions.

Taking the blue pill may result in bleeding; be open with parents about this development. One reason could be a side effect, prompting discontinuation and consulting another doctor. Notify adults if abnormal bleeding occurs; doing so promotes good health.

If you are having an erection problem, then this can be caused by many factors such as stress, anxiety, or maybe some health issue. In the first place, you must see a sexologist. He will be able to know your medical history and make the right diagnosis by doing the tests if it is needed. Some lifestyle changes such as eating right, exercising regularly, and proper stress management can also be beneficial.

He cum in my thigh and hand without any direct contact and I also kept my hand between my thighs little bit and from vagina and after that I immediately wipe it off first and then washed it off . Also took levenogestrel but this event was 4 days before my expected ovulation day. Is there any risk of pregnancy
Female | 24
You might reasonably wonder whether becoming pregnant is a possibility in the situation you described. The chances are unlikely that you would become pregnant as the sperm lived for a short time outside of the body, especially after you took levonorgestrel, a pill, you took it after, the same day. If you swallow this pill on time, on day 1 ideally, the ovaries would not ovulate namely it would not work by this mechanism. If you took the drug and have any unusual symptoms or bothersome concerns, the best move would be to see a sexologist for a more individualized guide.

Before considering medication, it's important to explore lifestyle factors that can impact sexual health. Factors like stress, lack of physical activity, poor diet, and relationship issues can all play a role. I would recommend starting with regular exercise, a balanced diet, stress management techniques, and open communication with your partner. If the issue persists, it may be helpful to consult with a sexologist to discuss further options tailored to your specific needs.
