I am undergoing treatment for MDS and on ERYKINE 10000i.u ocean a week and Neukine 300mcg twice a week.I am hypertensive but not a diabetic .For about two months now I am beset with fever.Earlier it struck me with a gap of one or two days.Fever used to be low.For some days now it has acquired continuity. My doctor put me on a five day course of Taxim O 200 and said that if fever still persists I should go for PET SCAN whole body.Since fever did not go I went through PET scan on 18th September 24.Its report is normal.What am I to do now?

Fever for such a long time can be worrying. The PET scan came back normal and this is fantastic news. The next step could be to revisit your doctor to explore other reasons for your fever. Staying well-hydrated with proper sleep is strictly necessary. Seek medical advice promptly for further evaluation.

My wife is suffering with low hemoglobin, RBC , WBC & patlets count gone on decreasing .She has sufferd with viral fever for 15 days, viral fever came to normal but counts were not increasing.she has treated 20 days in KIMS, hyderabad hospital. Kims doctors told that after few days gradually counts will increase. What is her problem upto now doctors did not diagnosis, Two or three days doctors are transmitting sdp and prbc and WBC injections.I'm taken second opinion he told that there is a problem in bone marrow.without daignoses if we take bone marrow treatment does patient get any side effects.she is suffering from legs pain and swalling in legs aslo and she is becoming weak. Please what is her problem give me the clarity

I had T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma in 2018 and all follow ups are now orderd. I' ve got side effects. I need to know what treatments and medical consultations I should get in future. Ultra Sounds scan (2022) *Pseudo pancreatic cyst(2018 to 2022 examination) 4.4×2.1×3.2 cm *Possible right ovarian cyst (Not treated nor examines after 2022) 2021 Biopsy report and treating terminated *Cutaneous small vessel vasculitis.(No issues aftrr treatments are over) MRI brain(2018 and 2019) *Suggestive of celebral atrophy(Nor examinations or treatment and what to know in detail with relevancy to life expectancy) Manic Episode(2019) Bipolar affective disorder since 2019 *Under treatment of olanzapine 2.5 mg No depressive/manic episodes since 2020 *Keratoconus eye disorder in both eyes since 2019 I am 20 years old by now. To make my life analyzed in the upcoming years I want to know treatments I should get to recover, my life expectancy, seriousness I need to consider, how to response to work I do. I have high academic qualifications by niw no issues in learning but I get so tired with work, muscle pains, lasting headaches, heart beart rate irregulaties with stress in daily basis. I am 20F. Since May, I started a new job in May (retail part time as a student). I've been having nosebleeds since then. During summer it was worse when i was working many many hrs, where it happened alongside dizziness and headaches. Its recently happening again on and off since May- sometimes due to stress and dehydration , dust, allergies and the flu (dont know exact cause). It always come from one nostril.

Noseblee­ds happen, especially with stre­ss, lack of fluids, or breathing in dust and allergens. One­ nostril bleeding is usually no biggie. Try drinking more­ water, avoiding dusty spaces, and using a humidifier. But if it won't quit, be­st to have a doctor check it.
