I'm a 40-year-old male with high blood pressure. What dietary changes can I make to help lower my blood pressure naturally?

Male | 40

Just by eating away from the remembrance of excess salt and sugar, high blood pressure can be at times reversed. Do not think of only salt but think of salt and sugar because these can be high causes of high blood pressure. Begin by eating lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean protein such as chicken and fish. Also, you should limit the intake of processed foods and drinks full of sugar. You can regulate your blood pressure to a non-dangerous level by following these tips.

Am 16 and I am severely underweight and really low iorn like it's 74.4 and my hemoglobin droped from 14 to 10 and too i feel dizzy many times and too like I don't like vegetables so I never ate them is it any way with veggies and also i get sick like 2 to 3 times a month

These issues often arise from a lack of essential nutrients, especially if vegetables aren't part of your diet. Try incorporating iron-rich foods like nuts, beans, or fortified cereals, and consider adding fruits to promote overall health. If you struggle with vegetables, explore different cooking methods or try smoothies. Frequent illnesses may indicate a weakened immune system, so prioritizing a balanced diet and possibly consulting a healthcare professional would be beneficial for your well-being.
