You have problem of hirsuitism (unwanted facial hair). This could be due to hormonal imbalance, or repeated use of razor on the skin or the side effects of some medication. Best solution for this is laser hair removal treatment.

Microdermabrasion for acne scars is a good treatment. The results of the treatment also depends on the severity of the scars. Superficial or mild scars would respond very well to microdermabrasion. At the same time the oily skin and acne problem also has to be controlled simultaneously with acne controlling chemical peels
