I am getting married in August. I have very big open pores. And as my skin is oily, I have some acne also. Will microdermabrasion treatment help clear all these and make the skin surface smooth?

Open pores are nothing but opening of sebaceous glands which helps in maintaining natural oils on skin. some have small pores some big .
Complete removal is not possible nor desirable.
But yes it can be reduced by various treatment one of which is microdermabrasion

Permanently reduction of skin problem is a misnomer.
Skin changes dynamically so u will have continuous changes of your skin.
Dermatologist may suggest u treatment for the underlying problem - genetic, structural, vasiclar or pigmentary.

yes it will work in mild stretch marks, permanently reduction of skin problem is a misnomer.

I have oily skin and acne problem. The problem is that scars are not removed completely. Some are getting light but not removed completely. I recently heard about microdermabrasion for acne scars from one of my friends. Does it really work? I am 23 now. Does it have any side effects?

As far as acne scar you cannot expect complete removal of acne scar once it has formed. microdermabrasion will help in reducing the scar. but it varies depending on type and severity. You can visit dermatologist for further guidance and treatment.
