Past three days I am extremely experiencing loss of appetite, I suffered through runny nose then blockage of nose after which I spit mucus through my throat and for which I always feel like I am going to vomit also not feeling at all to eat anything which in turn making me more tired and fatigued by the end of the day . What I should do to increase my appetite or so that some interest I would get to eat something.
