The health pill you took made your stomach upset resulting in a lot of gas and food not going down. It may be a side effect of the pill. The best thing to do right now is to discontinue using it and concentrate on mild, easily digestible foods such as crackers, rice, or bananas. Make sure you take a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated. If the condition persists or worsens, seek medical advice from a gastroenterologist.

The tummy ache can be tough to manage. The hurt you feel in your stomach might be from many things such as eating something that didn’t agree with you, having gas, or having a tummy bug. It is a good idea to have lots of drinks and stay in bed. Eating plain foods like bread or rice may also help. If you don’t start to feel better or it gets worse then make sure to go and see a gastroenterologist about it.

It seems that you have encountered some abnormal complications related to your colostomy or you are constipated. Your anal discomfort and the smell and itchiness are occurring due to the feces that have collected in the damaged area in your rectum. That can occur when the stool makes an unplanned detour. In view of the fact that classical treatments such as enemas and laxatives are of no help; it is time to speak to your care provider for other possible options, like diet modification, stool softeners, or special procedures.

Bloating, cramps, and stomach pain after eating cauliflower and beans might occur if your digestive system is unable to function properly. They can lead to gas production, which in turn, can make your belly quite firm and you may feel uncomfortable. Try to stay away from these foods for the moment and drink a certain amount of water to see if your symptoms are relieved. If the situation persists, you can consider consulting a gastroenterologist for some additional guidance.
