If you often feel sick, have a fever, are having issues with your body's general health, or get sick frequently, you should visit a medical practitioner. Among the many conditions that a general practitioner may treat include bronchitis, headaches, diabetes, Sinus, asthma, HIV, infections, allergies, and discomfort. Your practitioner might as well ask you for a FNAC test to find out the possible cause of the problems internally.

Questions & Answers on "General Physician" (1325)

No history of diabetes, blood pressure or heart problems. Had chills then a fever for 2 days (once a day). Took azithromycin for 3 days. On the third day results showing C-reactive protein 193.07?

Male | 83

Your symptoms point to an infection. Elevated C-reactive protein usually signals your body combating one. Since you've taken azithromycin, keep drinking fluids, resting, and complete the antibiotics. However, if the fever persists or new issues arise, promptly see a doctor.

I want to weight gain my weight is 40 in age 18

Female | 18

To gain weight, you need to consume more calories than you burn. Increase your calorie intake by eating nutrient-dense foods, such as nuts, seeds, and lean proteins. Incorporate strength training exercises to build muscle mass, and aim to get adequate sleep and manage stress levels.

I have been having high fever for a few days and yesterday, I visited the doctor. From my blood test, he explained that I don't have a bacterial infection since my Neutrophils level is within the normal range. However, he did prescribe me the antibiotic amoxicillin and today I found out amoxicillin is used to treat bacterial infections. I have already had 4 out of the 21 doses prescribed. I am aware that I need to complete all doses for antibiotics. I want to get a second opinion on whether this antibiotic will really be beneficial for me as right now, I'm just experiencing a lot 9f nausea

Female | 28

You need to finish the whole course of antibiotics prescribed to you. Even if the levels of your Neutrophil are in normal averages, your doctor may have placed you on amoxicillin as a preventive measure. If you experience too much sickness or any other concern with your drug intake, it is better to see your doctor or infectious specialist.
