Legs are not work accident cases
Male | 28
If your legs feel weak, painful, or swollen after a work accident, get help right away. Work injuries can affect your leg muscles, bones, or nerves. Don't wait – rest, apply ice, keep your legs elevated, and visit an orthopedist for the right diagnosis and treatment.

Last week I fell and hit my knee. It is bruised and swollen. There are no breaks or cracks in the area. Today the bruise on my knee is starting to fade but the swelling is hard. Her legs can walk as usual, but sometimes it hurts, she can't straighten and feel pressured in the swollen part. Because the swelling is hot and hard. Kdng2 is tired and throbbing. When she wants to straighten her legs, she will crack her knees and feel heavy. When I sit down he is depressed in his knees. Is it dangerous or is it normal to get hit?

If you are experiencing a hematoma, where blood pools and forms a lump underneath the skin. The swelling, hardness, and discomfort are general signs. It is common to sense these sensations while your body is healing. An ice pack, leg elevation, and painkillers can be used to provide relief. If the pain increases or if there is difficulty moving the knee, an orthopedist should be consulted for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Pain in buttock continuously, like irritation, sometime when I sit suddenly pain starts and also pain in poo.
Male | 19
You might be encountering something known as sciatica. The sciatic nerve becomes compressed and causes pain from your lower back down through your buttocks into one or both legs. Sometimes sitting for too long or sudden movements can trigger this. You can try doing some gentle stretches, not sitting down all day, and using heat packs on the area that hurts. If nothing changes after doing these things then it would be best to go see an orthopedic.

Infection and fiber Leg
Female | 60
An infection occurs when harmful bacteria enter through a break in the skin. Usual signs are redness, pain, heat, or warmth there, and growth of the affected part. You should clean the wound properly, bandage it with a clean piece of cloth then visit a dermatologist if there is no change. Oral antibiotics are usually prescribed to be taken as prescribed. To prevent future occurrences, make sure that you keep that place clean too.

Female | Awantika
Back pain can be a lot of reasons such as muscle strain or even a slipped disc. In some cases, painkillers may not be enough to get you on the right track. It is the first step in getting the proper treatment, so I recommend getting the help of an orthopedist who can guide you with exercises or physical therapy to make your back muscles stronger and soothe the pain.

I have left knee meniscus pain leftknee right side pain how to reduce pain walk na i have pain steps down na pain pls tell me sir how many days reduce pain
Female | 28
Pain on the outer side of your left knee could be due to a meniscus tear. The meniscus is a wedge of cartilage in your knee, and when it's torn, it can cause swelling. For pain relief, try to avoid activities that make it worse, like walking and climbing stairs. Resting your knee, applying ice, and taking over-the-counter pain medicines can help. However, if the pain continues for several days or worsens, visit an orthopedist.

I am a 17-year-old female. I was recovering quite well from a mild knee ligament stretch from over 2 or 3 months ago. It was not fully recovered, though. Yesterday, I had an awkward fall and twisted my knee. It hurt, but after a couple of minutes, I was able to walk relatively normally. There is pain on the sides of thd knee when I fully straighten my knee or tighten it fully. I can still walk and climb stairs. Currently, I am elevating my knee above hip level. How much and how long should I limit my activities? What should I do? Will my injury heal wrongly? Will my cartilage come back fully?
Female | 17
Pain on the outer side of the knee when straightening or fully extending it could mean a sprain. Be sure to rest your knee, apply ice for 15-20 minutes several times a day, and keep it up above your hip level. Stay away from activities that make the pain worse. If it doesn’t get any better, make sure you get it checked out by an orthopedist so that it can heal properly and there won’t be any long-term issues.

Iam having severe pain above knee joint, from 5days .I can't walk properly, can't stand due to pain, why did it suddenly happened?,and iam having nervous weakness hand paining, thumb etc joints pain ,
Female | 20
The pain may be due to tendonitis, which is the inflammation of the tendons around the knee, and that might be causing the problem. On the other hand, hand and thumb joint pain might be a sign of osteoarthritis. Resting your knee, putting ice on the swelling area, and moving your hand slowly are the best home remedies for it. If nothing changes, you should consult an orthopedist.

Male | Sajad Ahmad
When your muscles are hurting, it may be due to exertion, including from sexual intercourse. This can affect your legs and lower back if you've overused these muscles. It's important to stop and rest. Applying mild warmth and doing gentle stretches can help relieve the pain. Keeping your body hydrated and relaxed will also aid in muscle recovery. If the pain persists or you develop new symptoms, it's important to consult an orthopedist for advice.

Female | 20
Pain in these muscles can sometimes be caused by muscle overstrain, wrong posture, or even emotional stress. Keep your posture in check, make time for rest from activities that require repetitive motions, and try to learn relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or yoga. If the pain persists or becomes even more excruciating, you should consult with an orthopedist to get a more thorough examination and advice.

A glass bowl fell on my knee and broke. the glass didnt cut me but it hit the left side of my left knee and now theres a small bump on the right side of my left knee. i feel like i might have dislocated the knee cap but its only a small bump. its really uncomfterble when i move it and it feels hyper extended when i try to straighted my leg. Pressing lightly under the bump hurts when i have my knee relaxed. im able to straighted it with almost no pain but it feels off anytime i move my knee. its been around 2 days now and ive been putting ice on it and using crutches. when the bowl hit my knee i was sitting in a chair and two other bowls fell (a plastic bowl that didnt hit me and another glass bowl that hit my ankle, my ankle is fine) imeditly after the bowl hit my knee it hurt and when i got up i could feel the pain shooting up and down my leg.
Other | 16
Your knee might have gotten hurt when the bowl hit it. The bump and discomfort could mean your kneecap moved out of place. When that happens, it causes pain, swelling, and trouble moving. Good thing you iced it and used crutches. Don't put weight on your knee for now. Let it rest. But if the pain doesn't go away in a few days, see an orthopedist to make sure everything's alright.
