Hello, Can I know how fast does secondary liver cancer spread?

In 2020 ultrasound showed a complex ovarian cyst on one ovary measuring 3cm. The other cyst was normal. There was followup after three months with u-s and mri that showed no increase in size. No further follow ups. I read that complex cysts are at risk for malignancy, particularly for older women, and require monitoring. Wouldn’t that mean every six to twelve months? So my other questions are if EVERY complex cyst should have monitoring? And is it recommended to have oophorectomy and possibly hysterectomy assuming good health with no preexisting conditions? Thank you.

Hello Doctor, I am sharing details about my father, who is 64 years old. He has always lived a healthy lifestyle — he regularly practices yoga and meditation, does not eat outside food, and quit smoking 15 years ago. However, in the last 6–8 months, he has experienced a sudden weight loss of around 10 kg and has developed a lump in his neck. He had tuberculosis around 30 years ago and completed 6–8 months of treatment at that time. Because of that history, he initially thought that TB might have returned. He recently underwent a CT scan. Based on the report, the doctor also said that it does not look like cancer and that there is a 95% chance of it being TB. However, they advised that treatment cannot be started without FNAC or a biopsy.His FNAC report showed “Metastatic poorly differentiated carcinoma.” After that, we waited for the biopsy results. The biopsy diagnosis has also come as “Poorly differentiated carcinoma.” The report further mentions that Immunohistochemical (IHC) marker study is advised.I have shared all the reports of CT , FNAC, biopsy, Ihc marker , pet CT and the treatment details with you in the PDF. I wanted to ask whether the current treatment plan is correct with chemotherapy and immunotherapy and if we are on the best possible path for my father’s recovery. Hello doctor, just 2 weeks ago, my father was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. I want to know if Immunotherapy can treat his Pancreatic Cancer or not? I had read somewhere that immunotherapy is capable of treating anyone without much pain and side effects.

I had pain in my armpit without lumps and even body aches, fatigue, bloating, reduced appetite and breathlessness occasionally. So I consulted general physician, he checked but no lumps found and he said due to panic regarding this lump I was getting all symptoms. But he suggested for thyroid and usg whole abdomen. Yesterday the reports came in which stated only cysts were found and nothing serious. But two days ago I observed a small pea size lump on my neck and stinging pain radiating in my body and hoarness.
