Iam 18 and about 6-7 months back maybe its even been a year..i noticed a white-reddish small patch on my penis shaft..as my skin is brown it was quite easily noticeable..now because it doesnt hurt nor itch nor have any side effects with my college workload i decided to ignore the problem but that patch is still there and i want to get rid of it can be localised vitiligo but its just one patch not many

My mother age 73 lying on bed since 5 years. She's suffering from skin blisters on arms and back. It's so itchy and painful. I'm from Karachi Pakistan. And the weather is so hot here.
