Mera b12 2000 ho reha hai sir isko kam kese kre

Male | 28

The B12 level of 2000 is too high. Possible side effects of high B12 include dizziness, nausea, and skin rashes. It may be due to over-supplementation or certain health conditions. To lower it, avoid B12 supplements and foods that are rich in B12. Water is an excellent conductor of waste and thus helps you eliminate excess B12 from your body. Get re-evaluated after a few weeks to check if it's normal again.

My hb1ac sugar level is 9.1 but I have no symptoms is report is wrong

Male | 43

A hbA1c sugar level of 9.1 means that your blood sugar has been high for some time. Even if you do not feel it, high levels can damage your body. Symptoms may not appear immediately. This should be taken seriously. Eating well, exercising, and perhaps medicine may help lower your blood sugar.

I have period 14 day but whyy? This is normal?

Female | 17

Among the most general triggers for continuous bleeding are hormonal changes, tension, or else certain body conditions. Signs of the disease might be weakness or discomfort. Remember to observe the rise of any other signs like heavy bleeding or severe pain. In that case, or if it keeps for a long time, I would consult with the doctor first of all. They will provide various ideas and will decide whether further observation is necessary.

Kya nutrients ki deficiency say harmonal imbalance hota? Estrogen dominance or testosterone high hota? Or kis wja say harmonal imbalance hota?

Female | 24

Nutrient deficiencies can indeed contribute to hormonal imbalances, affecting levels of estrogen and testosterone. Symptoms may include fatigue, mood swings, irregular periods, or weight changes. Common causes include poor diet, stress, and lack of exercise. To support hormone balance, focus on a well-rounded diet rich in fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and proteins. Regular physical activity and managing stress through techniques like meditation or yoga can also be beneficial. If you notice persistent issues, I encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized guidance and appropriate testing to identify any underlying concerns.

I'm 19 year old female, I've imbalance harmons for 6 months one month I get period the next I didn't, I've gain weight during that so much that's now up to 81 kg also increase my belly fat up to 42 inches from waist

Female | 19

Your complaints of irregular periods, weight increase, and fat around the belly may be a result of your hormones being unbalanced. Hormones in the body are the communication agents that regulate several functions such as our menstrual cycle and weight. It is vital to consult a doctor who will find out what the problem is and prescribe the needed treatment. They may offer lifestyle changes, medicines, or other alternatives to regulate your hormones and improve your health.

Hello Doctor My name is Ashiya, and I have been dealing with subclinical hypothyroidism since I was 6 years old. It all started when I suddenly became very thin during my first grade. Concerned, my parents took me to a doctor who was already treating my mother for her subclinical hypothyroidism. After some blood work, the results showed elevated TSH levels at 10.5, while my T4 and T3 levels were normal. The doctor diagnosed me with hypothyroidism and prescribed thyroxine. Now, at 17, I want to understand more about hypothyroidism. Despite reading numerous articles and watching videos, I'm still unclear about the root causes of my subclinical hypothyroidism. I even don't have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I've learned that deficiencies in selenium, zinc, copper, magnesium, and vitamin D can lead to subclinical hypothyroidism. My primary concern is whether this condition is permanent. I'm hesitant about taking a tablet every morning for the rest of my life . I would greatly appreciate your time to delve deeper into this condition. There's much to discuss, especially since my sister's TSH levels have recently elevated. We consulted a gynecologist [because my sister was not having her periods and the doctor got her thyroid test and found her TSH levels got elavated] and prescribed her 25 mcg of thyroxine, which I believe was inappropriate as her TSH levels were only at 9. Additionally, the doctor didn't test for antibodies. After 15 days of taking the tablets, my sister experienced throat pain and muscle pains. Now, her recent thyroid test showed a decrease to 8 without any thyroxine. We went to another doctor, who performed a TPO test and discovered that my sister does not have any antibodies. She's now focusing on her diet, incorporating brazil nuts for selenium, brown rice, and other foods rich in zinc, magnesium, and copper, as well as getting adequate sunlight for vitamin D. I'm hopeful that with your guidance, we can normalize her TSH levels and mine too without the need for lifelong medication. Could you please provide me with more information about this condition? Thank you. Sincerely, Ashiya.

It looks like a sudden withdrawal of your medication resulted in several extremely uncomfortable problems such as vomiting, confusion, and anxiety. The new physician has prescribed a different set of drugs to you to alleviate the condition, but now you are having sleep issues. It is crucial to neither start nor stop drugs without consulting your doctor. You should give them a call and tell them how you feel.

During puberty, it's normal to notice more hair on your legs, hands, and chest, along with a growth spurt. These changes are part of becoming a teenager and are not caused by masturbation. Instead, focus on healthy habits like eating well, exercising, and getting enough sleep.

Hormonal level imbalance I am a trans Having testosterone 1288 LH 2.46 FSH5

Other | 29

Hormonal equilibrium is the prime condition for human beings, and the variations in testosterone, FSH, and LH would be the obvious signs of such changes as fatigue, mood instability, and sexual problems. These distempers have several reasons, including hormone therapy, other diseases, or way of life. Therefore, the approach should be holistic in this matter. Proper diet, daily workout, and stress management also have a significant influence. I suggest you consider talking to a healthcare provider who is a specialist in transgender health for personalized advice and the possibility of adjusting your treatment plan.
