Sax karty time par whait recharge nahi hota hai

Female | 30

This could be due to a condition called bradycardia, where the heart beats too slowly. In fact, common causes could include aging, certain medications, or underlying heart issues. To address this, it's essential to consult with a cardiologist for a thorough evaluation. They may recommend tests like an ECG to assess your heart's electrical activity. In the meantime, try to stay hydrated, maintain a healthy diet, and avoid excessive caffeine or alcohol intake.

Female | 50

Hormones like LH, FSH, and E2 affect our bodies. Your levels suggest hormone imbalance. Irregular periods, hot flashes, fertility issues - these symptoms arise. Stress, medications, and medical conditions disrupt balance. Lifestyle adjustments, medicines, or hormone therapy treat imbalances. Consult a doctor for personalized advice.

Female | 37

Hormone imbalance can cause tiredness, weight changes, irregular periods, and mood swings. It happens when hormones in your body aren't balanced. Stress, poor diet, or medical conditions can make hormones imbalanced. To fix hormones, eat healthy foods, reduce stress, and exercise regularly. Sometimes, hormone therapy from a doctor helps balance hormones.

I am 17 year old female. Today and yesterday I have been feeling extremely lightheaded. Everytime I turn my head it goes fuzzy. I am diagnosed with Anorexia. However I’ve been eating fine recently so I don’t think it’s a nutrition problem. I checked my glucose levels and they are 6.4mmol/L Any ideas??

Female | 17

This might be a case of orthostatic hypotension. It may occur when your blood pressure drops suddenly after a sudden change in position. Anorexia has an effect on the heart, which can result in this problem. Drink more fluids and take it slow when switching positions to make the condition easy to manage. If it persists, talk to your doctor.

Persistent fatigue low bp low energy low mood, possibly due to hormonal changes.

Female | 47

These changes might affect mood and overall vitality. It's essential to evaluate your diet, ensure proper nutrient intake, stay hydrated, and incorporate gentle physical activity, like walking or yoga, which can elevate energy levels. Additionally, consider stress management techniques such as meditation or deep breathing exercises. Since these symptoms can also indicate underlying health issues, I encourage you to consult a general physician. They can provide a comprehensive assessment and tailored solutions to help you feel your best.

I'm very skinny. I eat a lot but still I don't gain any weight

Male | 16

One potential reason is that you have a fast metabolism. Your body burns through calories very quickly, which can make it difficult for some people to gain weight. Other potential causes may include hyperthyroidism or problems with malabsorption. You should consult with a dietitian or nutritionist who will assist in creating a meal plan that helps increase your calorie intake healthily.

I an 24 year old female my T4is 12.90 and TSH 2.73 , T3=1.45 and Hemoglobin=11.70. I there a matter of concern

Female | 24

Hi there, after looking at your results, it seems to me that with a few exceptions, your thyroid levels are normal. Just to mention the numbers, all TSH, T3, and T4 are great, and hemoglobin appears slightly low, enough to cause symptoms like tiredness and dizziness, or lack thereof. Increasing iron intake through food may help boost the hemoglobin level.

Male | 27

Feeling low, lacking appetite, and being underweight could indicate an underlying issue. These symptoms might result from not eating enough healthy food, an unhealthy lifestyle, or certain medical conditions. To improve your health, try eating a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and stay hydrated. Regular exercise can also boost your appetite and overall well-being. If these changes don't help, it's advisable to consult a doctor for proper tests and guidance.

I want to loose my weight and burn full body fat

Female | 21

Excess weight can be caused by a variety of factors like diet, physical activity, genetics, and even stress levels. To start your journey towards a healthier weight, I'd recommend focusing on a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. Incorporating regular exercise, like brisk walking or swimming, can also help burn fat and improve overall health. It's important to make gradual changes and be patient with yourself. If you need personalized guidance, don't hesitate to reach out to a healthcare provider or a nutritionist.

I’m writing regarding my father, [age 55 years], who has been showing schizophrenia-like symptoms for many years (around 10 years). His behaviour includes continuous talking, irritability, difficulty following instructions, and being argumentative or suspicious. He was previously on olanzapine, which used to make him very sleepy and inactive — he would mostly stay in bed all day. Because of that, we stopped olanzapine around 4 days ago and started aripiprazole 5 mg daily in the morning after breakfast. Since starting aripiprazole, he has become more awake and active, but now there is increased restlessness, excessive talking, and mild aggression. He doesn’t listen properly and gets stuck on small issues. His weight is around 90 kg, and I feel 5 mg may be too mild because his symptoms are severe and have been constant for years. I wanted to ask if it would be safe and appropriate to increase aripiprazole to 10 mg daily, or if you recommend any other adjustment or short-term calming medication during the transition. Please advise on the safest way forward — whether to raise the dose, continue 5 mg longer, or add any supportive medicine.

Male | 55

The switch from olanzapine to aripiprazole seems to have helped with his alertness but brought about some restlessness and increased talking, which can be common when adjusting medications. Given his weight and the severity of his symptoms, increasing the aripiprazole to 10 mg could be an option. However, it's crucial to consult his neurologist before making any changes. They can assess his response to the current dose and guide you on the best way forward, whether it's adjusting the dosage or adding supportive medication temporarily. These adjustments often require close monitoring to ensure the best outcome for your father. Don't hesitate to reach out to his healthcare provider for guidance.

Suddenly I found my sugar level is 33 I feel very bad.. What should I do now. Its urgent

Male | 32

A sugar level of 33 is dangerously low. Symptoms like shakiness, dizziness, sweatiness, and confusion occur. This happens when insulin dosages are high or food intake is insufficient. The immediate fix is consuming sugary items like juice, soda, or candy. These quickly raise blood sugar levels. After that, eat protein-rich snacks to stabilize it. Discussing this episode with your doctor is crucial.

Male | 37

A blood glucose test result of hemoglobin A1c level 5.9 tells you that your blood sugar level is a little bit higher than normal but it doesn't automatically mean that you are diagnosed with diabetes. Diabetes may cause you to have a dry mouth, go to the bathroom too often, and feel extremely hungry. The origin of these can be both hereditary and lifestyle.

Female | 37

When the levels of your thyroid are too high or too low, you may experience a lot of discomfort. Signs and symptoms of high levels of thyroid hormone in the bloodstream (hyperthyroidism) can include nervousness, insomnia, and spontaneous weight loss. You will need to collaborate with your doctor to determine the right amount of medication for you. If you think that your levels are off, you must raise this issue with them.

You may be having a condition known as hypothyroidism. This is a result of your thyroid gland not functioning properly. Among the symptoms are missed periods, weight loss, dizziness, tiredness, and shortness of breath. You should consult a doctor and book an appointment for a blood test to see how much thyroid is in your blood.

Male | 16

It's normal to be concerned about facial hair during teenage years; everybody grows differently. Our body directly uses the supplements for reproductive health so we can consider them as a part of our diet. Insufficient facial hair is because of genetic factors or it may also be due to low hormones. Talking to a doctor could be the best way to know more about the situation and get some help or advice.

Nicardia tablets are used to control blood pressure. Infertility drugs are your other medications. Drugs can inhibit or enhance the action of other medicines and lead to adverse effects. The decision on whether it's safe to combine these medications should be made by your doctor.
