Subjective 24-year-old woman with chronic sinusitis since November 2022. Loss of smell (almost complete anosmia). Persistent nasal congestion and post-nasal discharge requiring swallowing every 5 minutes. Facial symptoms: pressure on eyes, forehead numbness, swelling around eyes, and puffy face. -Headaches rated 5/10 usually and 8/10 at times. Weekly fevers.
