What decongestant can i take while breastfeeding

I’m Pranithar recently from past 2 days expecially I’m suffering from yesterday night a lot regarding troat pain actually my husband is suffering from last Saturday now it’s my turn I’m suffering now I’m 28 years old I don’t have any running rose or fever I’m only suffering with cough and troat pain I’m eating Vicks, cofsils even though I’m suffering a lot pls guide me which tablets should I take can I take dolo 650 pls let me know thanks in advance doctor.
