Hello, I'm 16 years old. Since yesterday at 12 PM Spanish time, I've been experiencing small spasms in my lower left eyelid. They feel like muscle contractions, usually sudden and occurring every 20 seconds, with about 10 to 15 contractions per spasm. I don't think there's any underlying issue as I don't have sleep problems, stress, haven't consumed caffeine or alcohol, and I don't feel tired. I would greatly appreciate the help; it's not painful but very annoying.

I have experienced shaky vision in the top as well the left corner of my left eye. This has happened 4 times so far in a span of 6 months. the most recent being yesterday (11/18/2023). it starts of with a dark/ blind spot in the centre of my eye/ vision so I can see like the peripheries of stuff but not the middle. Kind of like when you stare at the sun or a bulb then you get a dark spot in your vision for a bit. this then transitions into shaky vision in the top and left hand corner of my left eye only. the best way I can describe it is like when you look at the ground on a hot day or the sand in a desert when heat is rising so things look all wavy. that's what it looks like. then this lasts for 10-15 minutes then it goes away. please note that I never have headaches or migraines ever during these episodes. do you have an idea of what this could be?

I have specs . My vision in right eye is 6/12 and in left eye is 6/6 . I have been wearing specs for 1 year, and now I have a doubt about it . Should I wear my specs full time ? Or should I wear them while reading, writing or using phone and TV? If I use my specs full time with a minor problem like this ( I think so) will it lead to a condition where I can't see anything without specs? This has been a concern for about a week now .
