My baby was diagnosed with cp still waiting for MRI scan so I want stem therapy for her

Female | 2

CP could result from an injury to the brain before, during or after birth. Indications could be difficulty moving around, rigid muscles and lack of coordination. Although stem cell therapy is still under study, there is no enough evidence supporting its use in CP cases. Treatment plan should be guided by the results of an MRI scan. Let us wait for the scan and then we can talk about what to do next.

MY QUESTION IS ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER MY MOTHER HAS SEVERE FIBROMYALGIA SO MY QUESTION IS IT STILL IMPORTANT FOR A PERSON WITH SEVERE FIBROMYALGIA TO GO TO BED TO TRY TO GET TO SLEEP FROM BEFORE 12:00 AM . AND ALSO. IMPORTANT. FOR. THEM. TO START THEIR SLEEP ROUTINE 3 OR 4 HOURS BEFORE 12 AM . SO THAT. THEY CAN HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO TRY TO FALL ASLEEP BEFORE 12 AM. INCASE THEY HAVE ANY TROUBLE STRUGGLING TO TRY TO FALL A SLEEP TO BEGIN WITH AND BY DOING SO BY STARTING . A SLEEP . ROUTINE . THAT WAY .TO BE ABLE TO GET AS MANY HOURS OF SLEEP BEFORE MIDNIGHT 12:00 AM. ALSO BY DOING A SLEEP ROUTINE THAT. WAY FALLING ASLEEP BEFORE 12 AM TO MAKE IT EASIER TO STAY A SLEEP. THROUGH. THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF HOURS THAT ANY PERSON NEEDS SLEEP FOR , EIGHT HOURS THE AVERAGE AMOUNT OF SLEEP AND. 9 HOURS OR 10 HOURS. OF. SLEEP. DEPENDING ON WHAT THE INDIVIDUAL PERSON NEEDS. FOR SLEEP IS ALSO IMPORTANT. FOR A PERSON WHO HAS. SEVERE FIBROMYALGIA TO START A SLEEP ROUTINE. 3 OR 4 HOURS BEFORE 12 AM . FOR ALL THE REASONS THAT. I HAVE SAID BEFORE BUT ALSO TO HELP WITH DECREASING THE AMOUNT OF PAIN THEY COULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH DURING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE DAY OF. AWAKE HOURS AND TO HELP TO DECREASE THE AMOUNT OF FATIGUE THAT THEY COULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH DURING THE ENTIRE DAY OF AWAKE HOURS. AND TO HELP TO PREVENT FLARE-UPS. THE REASONS I ASKED THIS IS BECAUSE MY MOTHER'S SLEEP ROUTINE HAS BEEN HER GOING TO BED AT 4AM OR 5AM IN THE MORNING FOR YEARS AND GETTING. UP AT 2 PM AND 3PM IN THE. AFTERNOON . SHE STRUGGLES TERRIBLE FOR SLEEP BECAUSE OF THIS , SHE. STRUGGLES. TO. GET TO SLEEP TO BEGIN WITH AND WHEN SHE DOES GET TO SLEEP SHE CAN END UP WAKENING UP. 2 OR 3 THROUGH THE HOURS SHE TRIES TO SLEEP FOR AND IS. UP AND DOWN TO THE TOILET 2 OR. 3 TIMES THROUGHOUT THOSE HOURS. ALSO BECAUSE OF THIS SHE GETS ALMOST SIX HOURS OF SLEEP ON A DAILY EVERY WEEKLY BASIS. AND. WHEN I TRY TO ENCOURAGE HER TO START A SLEEP ROUTINE 3 OR FOUR HOURS BEFORE 12:00 AM . SHE WOULD ALWAYS COME UP WITH AN EXCUSE WHEN I SAY IT'S ALSO IMPORTANT FOR REM SLEEP AND THE RECOVERY. PERIOD AND HER SAYING THERE'S IS NO. POINT PEOPLE WITH SEVERE FIBROMYALGIA. NEVER GO INTO A DEEP SLEEP TO BE ABLE TO GET. REM SLEEP. AND THE RECOVERY PERIOD BY. HER. SAYING. THAT. MAKING IT. SEEM. AS. IF. THERE. NO IMPORTANCE. OF. HER. EVEN TRYING. TO. GET. TO. SLEEP BEFORE. 12AM. AND. START. A. START ROUTINE. 3 OR 4 HOURS. 12AM. FOR ANY. REASONS. AT. ALL. FOR. HERSELF DOCTOR. IF. YOU COULD. A daytime sleep schedule not only helps a patient with fibromyalgia to get better but is also of paramount importance to them to avoid sleeping after midnight. Sleep can aggravate or diminish pain, tiredness, and even exacerbations. Adjusting the sleep schedule 3-4 hours before midnight might be a good way to augment sleep quality. Convince your mother to give sleep a priority so that she can not only reduce what she is experiencing but also have better overall health.

While headaches can have various causes, including migraines, tension headaches, or sinus problems, it's important to rule out any underlying conditions. Consult a neurologist..; they may order additional tests or imaging if needed to determine the cause of your headaches.

Your friend could be having a panic attack. A state where the person has rapid breathing, cold hands and feet, sweaty palms, and feeling unable to move is the most common one during a panic attack. The reasons may be different but the stress or anxiety stage is often the cause. Advise your friend to breathe slowly and deeply to stay calm and composed. Offer them strong reassurance and be a steady presence to help them through it.

I always had sleep paralysis during sleep and I can't sleep well

Female | 18

Sleep paralysis is a condition where you wake up but can't move or speak for a short time. It's quite common and usually not harmful. It can happen due to sleep deprivation, an irregular sleep schedule, or stress and anxiety. To prevent it, try to stick to a regular sleep schedule, relax before bed, and manage stress. If it becomes more frequent or concerning, you can consult a sleep specialist for help.
