Doctor mai mote nahi ho paa rahe weight 40 kg hai kya Karu ki jaldi mote ho jao
Female | 21
You might notice things like feeling drained, weak muscles, and a lack of hunger. This could happen for many reasons like not eating enough grub, having a super-fast metabolism, or even a health issue. To gain weight the right way, try loading up on more balanced meals packed with nutrients. Snack smart between meals too. And don't forget to move your body with some light exercise - it'll help build muscle.

I m 38 year old 94 kg height 5 ft gaining weight very fast suffering from PCOD not getting any solution no workout n diet is working
Female | 38
It sounds like you’re experiencing challenges related to weight gain and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which can often be linked to hormonal imbalances. Symptoms may include irregular periods, fatigue, and difficulty managing weight. A balanced approach, including dietary adjustments and physical activity, is crucial; consider working with a nutritionist or fitness expert. Additionally, stress management techniques may help. I advise seeing a gynecologist who can evaluate your situation and suggest tailored treatments, such as medication or specific lifestyle changes.

Hi mam naku tiffa scan ayindi andulo report detailed fetal evaluation done with difficulty due to very poor penetration of sound waves because of thick maternal abdomen Cardiac imaging done with difficulty due to very poor penetration of sound waves because of thick maternal abdomen Ani vachindi mam report mam pls konchem chepatara
స్త్రీ | 27
The report indicates that the detailed fetal evaluation was difficult due to poor penetration of sound waves caused by a thick maternal abdomen. It is important to consult a maternal-fetal medicine specialist (MFM) or your gynecologist to discuss the results and determine if further evaluation is needed.

i am taking some OCD and neuro medicine. now i want to loss weight . suggest me any medicine or product according to my condition.
Female | 21
Weight loss supplements can be tricky, especially for those suffering from OCD and neuro medications. Products have the potential to enhance one’s current medication, resulting in reactions that are not only unpleasant but also annoying. It’s preferable to try healthy nutrition and consistent physical activity to control your weight. Consult your doctor for a diet plan that is tailored specifically to your problems and situation and your health condition.

Female | 16
Losing weight too quickly can be hard on your body and may not be sustainable in the long run. It's important to approach weight loss in a safe and gradual way. Rapid weight loss can sometimes be due to extreme dieting or underlying health issues. I recommend focusing on a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, along with regular exercise. It's also helpful to consult with a healthcare provider or a nutritionist to create a personalized plan that is safe and effective for you.

Female | 25
It's worrying that you have been gaining weight even though you don't have a big diet. This might be caused by different kinds of reasons such as hormonal problems (especially thyroid) or metabolic issues. It is great that you have done workouts, however, if it causes you pain, don't overdo it. Starting with basic exercises like walking or swimming is a good option. A balanced diet including more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can also act as a medicine. If the weight gain continues, see a dietitian for a safe and healthy evaluation and guidance.

I have to improve my weight I'm having less weight
Female | 18
You worry your weight is low. Weight loss or struggle to gain weight can have different reasons. Some common causes: not eating enough food, fast metabolism, health issues, or stress. To improve weight, try eating small meals often with a balance of proteins, carbs, and fats. Healthy snacks throughout the day help too. Staying hydrated and getting enough rest is key. If concerns persist or other symptoms arise, speak with a dietitian for evaluation and advice.

Female | 19
Sometimes changes in weight can be due to various factors aside from food. Hormonal changes during puberty, stress, lack of sleep, or even certain medical conditions can play a role. It's also possible that stopping the green tea might have affected your metabolism. I recommend seeing an endocrinologist for a check-up to rule out any underlying issues. In the meantime, focus on eating balanced meals, staying active, and getting enough rest.

I am very concerned about the fatigue as it's not like me to feel like this. I got a blood test and vitals checked last month and everything is normal except I have mild LVH caused by my weight and my doctor isn't really that concerned. She just said I can reverse it by losing weight, I also have severe iron deficiency without anaemia as my haemoglobin is normal but my iron serum level is 5.4. My vitamin D levels are also very low. My concerns right now is I'm starting to feel stupid everyday and the fatigue is really concerning me. Can you give me some advice please?
