Waist pain that extends to your thigh may be caused by muscle strain due to activities such as bending or lifting, and the nerve problems of sciatica. You may also experience tingling or numbness in your leg. To feel better, try resting, applying ice, and doing gentle stretchings. If it doesn't get better, then it's best to see an orthopedist for more advice.

The causes might include poor posture, stress, or even slowing down physically. In some cases, it could result from an injury. To help relieve the pain, try light neck exercises, use a supportive pillow, and take regular breaks when using devices. Managing stress with relaxation techniques can also be helpful. If the pain persists, consult an orthopedist for further advice.

Knee crepitus can be from multiple causes. Painless crepitus can be ignored. So, I won't advice for crepitus knee treatment as such.. Crepitus from knee cap problems can be cured with hip and knee strengthening. Crepitus from cartilage irregularities or loose pieces often need minor keyhole surgery. Painful crepitus from arthritis is initially treated with physical therapy and surgery when therapy stops helping.

One of the common causes of back pain is muscle strain, but poor posture can also be the reason. It's a usual thing, yet you should always ensure you do not pick up heavy objects and also sit straight. In addition to the benefits of yoga, others like jogging, walking, and swimming can help improve flexibility as well as build muscle strength. If the pain persists, you can visit an orthopedist for a check-up.

Your shoulder pain is quite troubling. Weakness in your arm may indicate nerve or muscle problems. Pulling your arm could worsen the issue. Consulting another doctor like a neurologist is crucial. They'll diagnose the condition precisely. After that, treatments like physical therapy may help alleviate your symptoms.

Your kid may have injured a knuckle while he landed. All the symptoms, even the growth of the knuckle, its strange shape, and heavy sensation do show a fracture or dislocation. So, applying ice is a typical solution to reduce any swelling the hand has. It means that once the swelling has shrunk using ice, one can then gently bandage the hand. The best thing to do is to visit an orthopedist for evaluation and treatment.

Sometimes, coughing causes muscle strain. A lot of coughing makes chest and back muscles work hard. This can hurt those areas. To help with the pain, try using heat and taking medicine. Rest and avoid things making the pain worse. However, if the pain continues or gets worse, talk to an orthopedist.

Such pains can be caused by various factors – for instance, insufficient stretching before exercise or tension. Drink plenty of water and gently stretch the affected muscles to relieve the discomfort. Besides, seek advice from an orthopedist who will consider your personal needs.

Pain on the outer side of your left knee could be due to a meniscus tear. The meniscus is a wedge of cartilage in your knee, and when it's torn, it can cause swelling. For pain relief, try to avoid activities that make it worse, like walking and climbing stairs. Resting your knee, applying ice, and taking over-the-counter pain medicines can help. However, if the pain continues for several days or worsens, visit an orthopedist.

For some time now, you've had pain on your left side. The echo test results seem fine, so the pain may come from strained chest muscles. Twitching in the chest can occur with this condition. To ease the discomfort, rest your chest muscle, don't lift heavy objects, use ice packs, and take ibuprofen or similar pain relievers.
