Is it safe to ignore fresh blood in the urine if it was only on one occasion?
Male | 73
Blood in urine is a red flag that shouldn't be neglected. A single instance could indicate a urinary infection, kidney stones, or even graver concerns like kidney disease or cancer. Rather than disregarding, promptly consult a urologist to pinpoint the root and receive proper treatment.

1. I feel some ball like things on my Scrotum which I don't know what it is and how to cure it 2. I also feel some things on my testis after doing a testicular examination
Male | 21
Diagnosis might be varicocele which refers to the occurrence of swollen blood veins in the scrotum. The scrotum is swollen due to a ball or a lump-like structure. It mainly doesn't hurt but it is likely to be experienced as something unpleasant or heavy. Varicoceles can be surgical solutions if they bother you or if they affect fertility. An appointment for an examination with a urologist would be a good idea to discuss your options.

You seem to have symptoms that may be consistent with a urinary tract infection. While trying to mimic peeing, your leg throbs less, which signifies emptying your bladder. Finally, the joint discomfort and the itching are classic symptoms of urinary tract infections. Make sure to drink plenty of water and empty your bladder whenever you feel the urge. If the symptoms don't improve, consult a urologist.

I am a 23 year old female suffering from painful and frequent urination since 2 days please suggest a medicine
Female | 23
You might be suffering from a urinary tract infection. This is very common in young women. This might lead to extreme and frequent urination. Drinking lots of water and avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods will help. Non-prescription drugs like cranberry supplements or pain relievers may be of use. If the symptoms last more than a day or worsen, it is better to consult a urologist.

I’m concerned about an unusual penile discharge
Male | 25
A weird fluid leaking from your privates might indicate an issue. Stuff dripping from your penis that isn't normal for you is a symptom. Infections like those passed during sex or bladder troubles often cause this. Drink lots of water, don't get intimate, and get checked by a urologist to find the reason and cure it properly.

Kya estrogen ya testosterone zyda hony say bladder ki smasya ho sakti?? 2) kya past left masturbate say bladder ki problems ya weak pelvic muscle ho sakty sakty? Plz tell me honestly .
Female | 23
Estrogen ya testosterone ka level zyada hone se bladder ki functions par asar ho sakta hai, jaise frequent urination ya urgency. Bilkul, past mein left masturbation se pelvic muscles weak ho sakte hain, jo bladder issues contribute karte hain. Lekin, zyada tar logon ko yeh muskil ka saamna nahi karna padta. Aapko yeh changes notice hone par zarur ek urologist se consult karna chahiye, jo aapke symptoms ko evaluate kar sakta hai aur aapke liye best treatment options suggest karega.

For 2 years I've been having symptoms of painful ejaculations - it feels like my urethra closes for a few seconds while I ejaculate, I start feeling pain and after that semen comes out. Sometimes, after ejaculation there's a bit of blood. I've done tests for sperm and urine and they're clean, no UTIs, infections or STDs, and my prostate is not enlarged. I've been to multiple doctors and they all prescribe antibiotics which don't help at all, ever - no change of symptoms from antibiotics. The only pill that ever helped (briefly) was betamsal (tamsulosin). After ejaculation, peeing sometimes is painful and slow.
Male | 30
You are having some problems with ejaculation, sometimes experiencing pain and even blood afterward. Even though your tests are negative, such symptoms might be caused by other conditions such as urethral stricture or pelvic floor dysfunction. These conditions can sometimes be unnoticed in routine checkups. Go to a urologist for further assessment and possibly get some treatments that are specifically designed for your condition.

How to get rid of urine infection quickly
Female | 25
Urinary tract infections are often accompanied by symptoms such as a burning sensation when urinating, a need to urinate more frequently, and cloudy urine. These infections, regularly attributed to bacteria that penetrate the urinary system, are the ones that appear to be normal. To get the pain out, make sure to drink more water so that you can bathe the bacteria. OTC aspirin may bring you comfort. It is however very imperative to see a urologist for a proper diagnosis, maybe an antibiotic if needed. They can give you the right plan and the best course of action to get you back.

Hi I have been to many red bull drinks and now I have urinary infection and I don't know what to do I'm 63yrs old and I have no insurance
Male | 63
Drinking too much Red Bull irritates your bladder, letting germs cause infections easier. Symptoms are painful urination, frequent urge to pee, and cloudy urine. To recover, hydrate plenty, avoid caffeine, take pain medication from stores. If no improvement, visit a community health clinic for care.
