Since your hernia surgery, it's not uncommon to notice changes in the affected area. The sensation of veins could be related to natural healing or may indicate some swelling. Generally, this isn’t alarming, but it’s crucial to monitor the situation. If you experience pain, swelling, or any discomfort, please consult your urologist for a thorough evaluation. They can offer tailored advice and ensure everything is healing well.

Hell doctor. I am abit worried right now, I am young and stupid but im embarrassed to say that I have a small penis. Anyways I tried to make it larger through something called a hydromax water pump and it was working but about a few hours ago I overused it and when I removed it my penis went from hard to soft instantly, I never had that problem before and im not sure how to fix it. I tried to make it hard but it's not not budging, it is swollen but I can still feel it's there and sensitive. It just won't get hard, it doesn't hurt or anything, it is slightly swollen, but I just cant get hard. Please give advise as im scared I won't be able to get hard anymore

Any injury or signs and symptoms involving the genital area should immediately warrant medical intervention. It is advisable to consult an urologist specialising in the treatment of sexual dysfunction. They can accurately diagnose any damages and give appropriate treatment. Do not take any penis enlargement methods unless a doctor advises you otherwise.

I am concerned that these issues may be related to chronic prostatitis or another prostate condition. I would like your expertise to help diagnose the problem and develop a treatment plan. Could you advise on the necessary tests and potential treatment options
Male | 31
I understand your concerns about the symptoms you're experiencing, as they can significantly impact your quality of life. Your issues, including frequent urination, urgent ejaculation, and lower back pain, may indeed suggest a condition related to the prostate, such as chronic prostatitis. It's important to undergo a thorough evaluation, which may include urine tests, blood work, and potentially imaging. Based on the results, treatments can vary, including medications, physical therapy, or lifestyle adjustments. Please consult a urologist to discuss your symptoms comprehensively and create a personalized plan to address your health needs.

Male | 38
It sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection (UTI). However, the typical signs of a UTI are severe burning pain on voiding and yellowish milky discharge coming the penis. Enterococci, the causative agents, usually cause these diseases and they can be treated with antibiotics drugs. It is highly recommended to consume enough water every day. Good day, I am 44 yrs healthy male having reoccurring UTI since last 1 year.(8 times) First two infections the URine test showed positive infections but rest of them were negative. Doctor referred me for endoscopy where all results showed no abnormalities and I was prescribed APO-Tamsuloain 400 MCG. PSA test came normal and Ultra sound and blood test all came normal. Now yesterday again I had symptoms of UTI and I have been prescribed amoxicillin 500mg for 5 days and it has given me temporary relief. I go to the gym daily and have mild hypertension where I take reaptan 50mg daily. Please assist
Male | 45
The UTI's main symptoms are usually urinating often, having a burning sensation during urination, and having either cloudy or strong-smelling urine as well as pelvic pain. The fact that these are initiated by the entrance of bacteria into the urinary system thereby inducing inflammation could be cleared up using antibiotics like amoxicillin. Besides, drinking enough water, following a good hygiene regime, and discussing with a urologist whether there are possible underlying causes of your recurring UTIs such as any anatomical concerns or lifestyle habits that may be contributing are also essential.

My testicle sizs right 3x2x2 left 2.5x2x1.7 volume 8cc left side 6cc is it normal
Male | 24
Many people have diverse testicle sizes. Yet, if there’s a significant difference in size, you should probably see a doctor. It might happen because of things such as an injury, infection, or even just some fluid-filled sacs. In case nothing hurts and there are no other symptoms – you can wait for a while and keep an eye on them. But if it starts to ache or swells up or anything else changes about how they look or feel, visit a urologist.

so im uncircumsised and my foreskin is very tight and cant peel fully back even when soft - it also looks weird under like different from typical circumsised
Male | 18
You may have a condition called phimosis. It is a tightening that prevents the skin from retracting properly. This is quite typical, it can be due to many different factors such as natural development or skin elasticity. The most important thing to remember is to stay clean and maybe light stretching could help in time. In case of any discomfort or problems, I suggest you talk to a urologist. They will advise you according to your situation and um will tell you about the treatment options that might benefit you.

It MLs to be a phimosis in your case which means a tightness in the foreskin that makes the glans penis hard to pull over. It can happen because of infection, poor hygiene, or even by nature. But if it is painful or worsening then you have to visit an urologist for further examinations.

Usually, a growth of the penis can be seen which causes the penis's appearance changes. As a result of excess fat, the penis might appear small. It seems wise to consult a urologist for a thorough assessment of weight and guidance on its management and related matters instead.

I am 23 year old. And i have pain in bladder from last two month. Before 5 year ago a doctor operate me for harnia.when i sit and lie down pain start and when i walk its gone.
Male | 23
You may be suffering from bladder pain, a condition which can be quite uncomfortable. This pain might be a sequel to your history of hernia surgery. It might be that when you sit or lie down, it puts pressure on your bladder, causing the pain. Strolling is the other way out because the pressure is reduced making the pain disappear. To alleviate this, try to limit the time you spend sitting and ensure you are active by walking regularly. If the pain continues or worsens, it is crucial to undergo a health check with a urologist.

You're worried about symptoms. This condition causes testicular problems that last longer. It makes pain, swelling, and discomfort in that area. Different causes like infections trigger it. You need help from a urologist for the right diagnosis and treatment. Don't scratch there to avoid irritation. Do relaxing stuff to reduce stress which can make symptoms worse.
