Hi so I'm 19 and I masturbate alot like 2-4times daily since age 12 and now it's really taking a toll in my life cause I can't grow a beard my hair is thining out, I have severe symptoms of fatigue, severe symptoms of depression and anxiety, fuzzy vision lack of body weight/muscles premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, small testicles I've been trying to manage it for the past few yrs now it's a result of porn and right now I've quit recently so my depression and anxiety symptoms is taking a toll in my daily life, i can't go outside.
