My brother is 8 years old and he is 25 kg. He take 10mg Loratadine everyday and it has been 8 days since he started taking it. Today he accidentally took 20 mg. First time he took it was 3 hours ago and second time was 40 minutes ago. What can we do? Is it dangerous? We don’t have availability for doctor right now.

7 year old daughter had a fall on Saturday and cut the back of her head. She needed staples which will be removed tomorrow. Doctor said to monitor for any signs of head trauma within first 24 hours. She did not vomit, pass out, or have any pupil dilation when it occured. Doctor didn’t even check during visit. No issues within the 24 hour period and nothing since.
