Having pain from shoulder down to toe seems uncomfortable. A pinched nerve may cause this pain. A nerve gets pressed or squeezed, thus leading to this issue. Move gently, avoid activities increasing pain. If pain persists, visit an orthopedist for proper advice and treatment.

Feeling some pain at the back of your feet can be Achilles tendinitis. Signs are swelling, stiffness, and aching. This happens when too much use or injury causes inflammation of the tendon that connects the calf muscles to the heel bone. To relieve the discomfort rest, apply ice packs, and do gentle stretching exercises. Supportive footwear will also help. However, if the pain persists do not hesitate to seek medical attention from an orthopedist.

Foot bone rising happens due to severe pain and swelling. It can result from wounds or injuries, or excessive usage. Heavy lifting may also cause it. Resting, elevating feet can help. Soaking feet in ginger or saltwater, keeping them cool brings relief. Consult an orthopedist if discomfort persists.
