Hi, my brother is living in Surat (Gujarat) his age is 61 years and he is suffering from IPF for the last two years. The doctor has been suggested Lung transplantation. His lung capacity is going down, it has remained 40% only now. He is totally survived on external oxygen supply. Kindly suggest to us if Lung transplantation is the right decision.

I am facing shortness of breath and unable to move due to this. Already taking treatment but no improvement getting. Doctor is treating for CRP. It is reported 38 on 26 aug and platelet are 83000. Also fever and khasi.
