Could My Stage 4 Cancer Be Accurately Diagnosed?

Bloating can arise from various factors, including digestive issues or hormonal changes. The elevated LDH and the CEA levels are significant, but it's crucial to interpret these in the context of your overall health and symptoms. Consult your physician for a comprehensive evaluation and discuss the necessity of a biopsy based on your specific situation. It's essential to have a supportive team guiding your care. Remember, communication with your healthcare provider is key to navigating this journey effectively.

Can I find relief for multiple health issues?

These troubles are likely coming from your underlying conditions and treatments. One prescription is the discuss these symptoms with your healthcare team since they might change your dialysis or medication to make you feel more comfortable. Palliative care, together with also nutrition guidance and medications for nausea and fatigue, can be quite helpful, so should be combined with supportive therapy. Furthermore, ALS patient receives a cancer certificate, so close engagement with his/her oncologist is critically important.

My father was diagnosed with Esophageal cancer 5 years back and treated with surgery and chemo in Chennai. He was cancer free. But he was recently diagnosed with gastric cancer at an early stage. Doctor asked it is curable but we are anxious cause he is 69 and we really don't know whether he can take this trauma. Please suggest a good hospital in Chennai that is good for Gastric cancer

In very early cancers I.e stage 1 mucosal - just an excision from inside the stomach is needed. It can be done endoscopically without any sutures or scars. However if it is slightly advanced, then the surgery will be a bit complex as he already has undergone surgery for the esophagus. However if the disease is limited, he should definitely undergo treatment for the stomach cancer .

Is there pain relief for stage 4 colon cancer?

This pain occurs because the tumor is pressing on your belly inside. To relieve it, the doctor can prescribe you stronger drugs than those sold in the drugstore. These medicines are designed to ease the pain and make you comfortable. Keep telling your doctor how you feel so that they can change the medication when necessary to control the pain effectively.

Should I Wait for Uterus Removal with High CA 125?

CA 125 can be high in the blood which sometimes shows the presence of ovarian cancer in the body. Special cases when cysts are related to this cancer. The patient might feel bloated, have pain in the pelvis area, and experience problems with eating. It is necessary to get rid of the ovaries and uterus so that the cancer does not get worse. Relaxing more won't make any difference as the surgery will remain necessary. However, it would be best if you stick to the doctor's advice to get the preferred results.

Do I Have Cancer Symptoms: Lump, Pain & Swelling?

It’s good that you consulted a general physician and got tests done. Since you’ve now noticed a lump in your neck, hoarseness, and other symptoms like body pain and abdominal swelling, I recommend visiting an endocrinologist or oncologist. They are specialists in thyroid and other conditions that might need further examination. It’s important not to jump to conclusions but to get proper advice from a specialist for peace of mind and accurate diagnosis.
