I have acne on my right side of cheek since 5 years. And sometimes pimple also occur in that acne every now and then.It has also become bigger since 2 weeks . Please help me out.

If you are having recurrent acne this is probably due to the hormonal fluctuation which results into increased oily skin on the face, the scalp, chest and there are few things that has to be taken care. One thing not to apply hair oil, avoid having dandruff or use anti-dandruff shampoos weekly on the scalp, using face washes that have salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Avoid using thick greasy moisturizers or cream on the face. Use only creams that are gel based or water based. Drink plenty of water, avoid fat or cheesy diet, exercise 10-15 mins of the day. Topical steroids have to be avoided. Topical antibiotics like Clindamycin are useful. Oral Antibiotics or retinoids are advised. Even some patients require peeling sessions. A proper consultation with dermatologist is more helpful.

Hello doctor! I have a daughter and she is 4months old.. She is having skin allergy on cheeks.. Dry, itchy, and sometimes water comes out on her skin due to continues itching. Please suggest some cream. I have used atogla, cetaphil, fucidin.. But condition is still the same.

If the rash is occurring on cheek in 3-4 months old child is most probably due to atopic dermatitis which is dry irritated skin condition resulting in itching and oozy skin. This might also effect other body parts like face, neck, front of elbows, back of knees and child might become irritated. It has to be managed with syndate bars or soaps, proper moisturizers, avoiding the irritants and oral or topical steroids. Proper consultation with dermatologist is advisable.

I have lost half of my hair (majorly from middle and side of my head) in one year and my skin has became loose with wrinkles and I am only 24. What are the causes and remedies

If you are loosing hair at 24 years, that is most probably due to pattern hair loss or androgenetic alopecia which requires topical and oral medications. If medications are used within time, this will result in stopping the further hair loss and reversal of the hair loss as well. Said that proper diagnosis is mandatory before moving any further and a proper dermatology consultation is required for diagnosis and proper management

I am 24 year aged male, i was on isotretinoin for 6 months ( by consultation of a qualified dermatologist) for 20mg/day. My last dose of isotretinoin was may 2021. I have been getting erectile problems since July 2021. Can there be any possibility of isotretinoin causing my erectile problems??

The problem of erectile dysfunction may seem concerning but it's curable..

your problem of erectile dysfunction most commonly occur in ages of men: fortunately it has high recovery rate of 90% through ayurvedic medications.
I am explaining briefly about erectile dysfunction so that it takes fear out of you.
In erectile dysfunction, men are not able to get or keep an erection that is sufficient to have penetrative sex. This may be due to so many factors like High cholesterol, High blood pressure, Diabetes, excessive masturbation, excessive Porn watching, nerves weakness, Obesity, thyroid, heart problem, alcohol, Tobacco use, Sleep disorders. Low testosterone, tension, stress etc.,
This problem of erectile dysfunction is very much treatable.
I am suggesting you some ayurvedic medicines,
Take Aswagandhadi churan half teaspoon in the morning & in the night.
Take Capsule SHILAJIT One in the morning and one in the night.
Take tablet Brihat Bangeshwar ras one in the morning one and one in the night after food.
All three preferably with hot milk or with water
Also apply and message Shri Gopal tail on your penis three times a week for 2 to 4 minutes.
Avoid junk food, oily and more spicy food, alcohol, tobacco, tension and anxiety.
Start doing brisk walk or running or cardio exercises for at least 1 hour a day.
Start taking hot milk twice a day also two to three dates in the morning and in the night with milk.
Do all the above suggested treatment for 3 months and see the results.
If you don't get satisfactory results then please go to your family doctor or a good sexologist.
You can also contact me on my private chat or directly in my clinic. We can send you the medicines by courier.

Hi sir, My self prashanth faceing problem fungal infection leg last finger getting tomuch of pain

Hi Prashant. Fungal infection of toe nail is a common in people who are in professions where there feet remain moist or have to wear shoes for long period of time. You need to keep your feet dry. Change socks twice a day. Use powder on feet before putting on socks.

For the fungal infection already there You need a long course of around 6 months of antifungal ointment.  As u are having too much pain there may be superinfection by a bacteria. You would also need to use a topical antibiotic ointment for 7-10 days.
