This might mean you have an issue like not having enough iron, thyroid trouble, or trouble breathing when sleeping. These things can make you sleepy during the day and still tired when you wake up. You should visit a doctor to find out why you are always tired. I think I have thyroid or PCOS i feel too much nervous, I have anxiety, I'm depressed, I loose so much hair also , feel so much fatigue, even after 8 or more hours of sleep I feel tired, I am always overwhelmed and cry at small things

Female | 18

It seems you may have symptoms of thyroid problems or PCOS. Both can make you feel stressed, sad, lose hair, tired, and overwhelmed. Thyroid issues happen when the thyroid does not work right and impacts hormones. PCOS affects female hormones and may cause similar signs. You should see a doctor to get tests done and proper care. They can help figure out what is causing these feelings.

i think i have starting symptoms of thyroid

Female | 18

Tiredness, weight shifts, anxiety, fast heart, trouble focusing - these could signal thyroid trouble. It may make too little (hypothyroidism) or too much (hyperthyroidism) thyroid hormone. A blood test from your doctor will give clarity. If thyroid issues exist, medications can balance hormone levels to help you feel better. Consulting a doctor is crucial for proper diagnosis and finding the right solution.

I'm diagnosed with low vitamin d (14 ng/ml). I feel really exhausted and leg below knee hurt so much. I'm currently taking D rise 2k, Evion LC and Methylcobalamin 500 mcg for past 2 months. How long it will take to cure and I feel normal?

Male | 24

Take supplements like D rise 2K, Evion LC, and Methylcobalamin to boost your levels. It will take a few months for your vitamin D levels to go back to normal and you will start feeling better. Take your supplements as directed, get some sunlight, and eat foods rich in vitamin D like fish and eggs. follow up with your doctor to monitor your progress.

I an 24 year old female my T4is 12.90 and TSH 2.73 , T3=1.45 and Hemoglobin=11.70. I there a matter of concern

Female | 24

Hi there, after looking at your results, it seems to me that with a few exceptions, your thyroid levels are normal. Just to mention the numbers, all TSH, T3, and T4 are great, and hemoglobin appears slightly low, enough to cause symptoms like tiredness and dizziness, or lack thereof. Increasing iron intake through food may help boost the hemoglobin level.
