Hi, I am Male 32 years old, I suffer from Hashimoto, and recently did some other blood tests. My total bilirubine level was 2, (direct was 0.2 and indirect 1.8) I have normal ALT, AST, LDH and GGT, also a normal ultrasound( no problems where found on ultrasound). My Cholesterol was also very high (300) and LDL 230. Should I worry about the liver? SHould I start statin for my cholesterol and could my high colesterol be related to hashimotos?. My height is 180 CM and wight for the moment 75 KG. I have been overweight for many years. Max weight wa 90 kg

Your bilirubin is a bit high but your liver enzymes as well as the ultrasound tests are normal which is good news. High cholesterol can go with Hashimoto's - your thyroid problem. Looking at your LDL levels, it might be good to start taking a statin so that you can reduce this kind of cholesterol in your body. It will also help if you work on your weight and try living healthy.

It is easily treatable through the Ayurveda medicines.

There are so many causes for low sperm count like varicocele, hyseocele… Some infections, sexually transmitted infections, including gonorrhoea... Ejaculation issues, undescended testicles, Hormone imbalances.

Problems with sexual intercourse like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, painful intercourse.

Exposure to radiation, X rays, overheating the testicles.

Elevated temperatures impairs sperm production and function… Like sitting for long periods, wearing tight clothing or working on a laptop computer for long stretches of time also may increase the temperature in your scrotum and may slightly reduce sperm production.

So better to avoid all these.

Alcohol & Tobacco use, smoking, Emotional stress, Depression and overweight also causes low Sperm count n low motility.

Take food items rich with vitamin C. vitamin D and zinc.

Start taking hot milk twice a day also two to three dates in the morning and in the night with milk.

Avoid junk food, oily and more spicy food, alcohol, tobacco, tension and anxiety.

Start doing brisk walk or running or cardio exercises for at least 1 hour a day.

I am suggesting u some ayurvedic medicines.

Take dhatu paushtika churan one teaspoon in the morning & in the night.

Take tablet shukar matrika bati one in the morning and one in the night.

Take tablet Brihat Bangeshwar ras one in the morning one and one in the night after food.

All three preferably with milk or with water.

Do all the above suggested treatment for 4 months and see the results.
If you don't get satisfactory results then please go to your family doctor or a good sexologist or urologist.

I am 32 years guy , I took hormone replacement therapy HRT for 3 months but stopped long time ago Since then I started occasionally to find a few drops of blood in my underwear a bit in the right side in the middle between the front and back despite that I never felt I ma bleeding and also I don't have any injury in this area. I made quick search I found that sometimes happens for a transwoman and is called "Breakthrough" bleeding Just not sure what it is exactly and where this blood came from Is it anything like menstrual bleeding? so if you have an idea about it would be kind to let me know

You may be going through the phenomenon of breakthrough bleeding. Normally, this may happen after taking hormone replacement therapy. The blood you see may not be like menstrual bleeding in your case. It could be your body learning to cope with the hormone changes. Breakthrough bleeding is usually harmless, but it's good to mention it to an endocrinologist.
