Hi, I did Antibody hiv 1& 2 Elisa test after 30 days of exposure. Then once again I did Insti antibody 1&2 screening tes after 45 days. In both test my result was negative. Should I do further test for my assurance...please kindly suggest me

Male | 39

The tests you took at 30 and 45 days are generally accurate, but for complete peace of mind, it's best to get tested again 3 months after being exposed. This is because it takes time for the immune system to make enough antibodies that can be detected by the test. In the meantime, if you start feeling unwell with symptoms such as fever, rash, sore throat or tiredness, please tell your doctor.

Platelet count noly. 5000

Male | 9

A platelet count of 5000 is very low. Platelets are small UCS in your blood that support the process of transporting blood to your body. When your count is low you could experience symptoms such as easy bleeding, a lot of bruises, or have nosebleeds. Low platelets can be a side effect of several medicines, infections, or diseases. To tackle the problem, doctors may either prescribe medication or transfuse safe platelets.

My alkaline phosphate level is 248. Please tell me if this is normal or not. If not then give me some suggestion.

Male | 19

Having an alkaline phosphate level of 248 is a little high. It may be that your liver or bones are not ok. If you have symptoms such as tiredness, stomach ache, and yellowness of the skin, make sure you seek medical help immediately. A healthcare professional will be able to help establish what is causing this and also advise on the right treatment for you.

What is the treatment for glomus tumor??

Female | 44

A glomus tumor is a small, usually non-dangerous growth that causes discomfort and sensitivity, often in the fingers. These abnormal masses develop from cells growing excessively in the glomus body, a tiny structure that helps regulate body temperature. Treatment typically involves surgically removing the tumor, which should relieve symptoms and prevent them from returning.
