I am 17 year old female. Today and yesterday I have been feeling extremely lightheaded. Everytime I turn my head it goes fuzzy. I am diagnosed with Anorexia. However I’ve been eating fine recently so I don’t think it’s a nutrition problem. I checked my glucose levels and they are 6.4mmol/L Any ideas??
Female | 17
This might be a case of orthostatic hypotension. It may occur when your blood pressure drops suddenly after a sudden change in position. Anorexia has an effect on the heart, which can result in this problem. Drink more fluids and take it slow when switching positions to make the condition easy to manage. If it persists, talk to your doctor.

My wife and I are planning to conceive a baby from July. Just wanted which all panchkarma should be done by us as a precautionary measure. my Wife's dad has diabetes.
Male | 31
Panchakarma is a great way to detox the body before getting pregnant. Take all necessary precautions due to your wife’s father being diabetic. Abhyanga (oil massage) and Shirodhara (oil treatment) may be good options for her. These two therapies help lower stress levels and enhance overall health – both vital during pregnancy. Also, seek advice from an Ayurvedic specialist who can provide recommendations based on individual needs and requirements.

Tsh level 5.910 is normal?
Female | 29
A TSH level of 5.910 is slightly above the normal range, but it's quite common. This could indicate hypothyroidism, where your thyroid gland isn't producing enough hormones. It could also be affected by factors like stress or medication. To get a clearer picture, your endocrinologist may recommend further tests like T4 and T3 levels. In the meantime, focus on a healthy lifestyle with balanced nutrition and regular exercise. Make sure to follow up with your healthcare provider for personalized guidance.

He is type 2 diabetes and doctor prescribed him 2 dosages of insulin daily, since then his condition have worsen very much. He often uses orals medicine before and he was far much better even though he absence his medicine and lower 1 time insulin dose daily.

In Type 2 diabetes, the body struggles to use insulin effectively, leading to symptoms like increased thirst, frequent urination, and fatigue. Sometimes, insulin therapy can be challenging. If he felt better on oral medications, it might be worth discussing this with his doctor. Adjusting dosages or exploring alternative treatments may help improve his situation. It's crucial to closely monitor his blood sugar levels and adhere to his prescribed plan. Please ensure regular consultations with his endocrinologist for tailored advice and to discuss any concerns.

With hyperthyroidism, your metabolism speeds up, causing weight loss and sometimes making your collarbones or ribs more visible. It's not uncommon to feel this way, but we can help. My estrogen is 324.6 ha mujy period 15ya 16 ko howy thy or next month blood mein nay 9 ko diya tha is mein mujy period 13 ko howy . thy . mera estrogen kya ha???agr zyda ha toh medicine say balance ho sakta??
Female | 23
Your 324.6 estrogen level is potentially the right value to the standard if you are in the estrogen phase of your menstrual cycle. The fluctuations that occur in hormone levels may disturb the cycle causing it to be different in the period. Irregular menstruation, mood swings, lack of energy, are among some of the symptoms of estrogen imbalances. Thus, if you notice that your levels are high, then there are treatments such as lifestyle changes and drugs that can be followed, which will help you regain the balance of your body.

I am 16 year old boy. But doesn't have any facial hair . I am eating speman tablet Himalayas. Is it good...or will work ?
Male | 16
It's normal to be concerned about facial hair during teenage years; everybody grows differently. Our body directly uses the supplements for reproductive health so we can consider them as a part of our diet. Insufficient facial hair is because of genetic factors or it may also be due to low hormones. Talking to a doctor could be the best way to know more about the situation and get some help or advice.

Female | 52
It sounds like your mother is facing multiple health challenges that need careful attention. Symptoms such as persistent throat discomfort and non-healing sores can arise from various causes, including infections, chronic inflammation, or even side effects from existing conditions like thyroid issues. It's essential to have a thorough evaluation from a endocrinologist, who can determine the underlying factors and recommend appropriate treatments. Encouraging hydration, a nutritious diet, and avoiding irritants can help, but professional guidance is crucial for effective management. Your hormone therapies' progress is wonderful. Changes often require patience, so don't fret. Continued testosterone treatment may aid your underdeveloped testes and small flaccid penis symptoms. However, consulting your doctor about concerns ensures proper progress tracking.

Recently i was admitted to hospital for rapid heartbeat and irregular rhythm, but in the reports high TSH level are shown, I'm experiencing rapid heartbeat, weight loss and bloating from 2 years... Now doctor gave me thyronorm 50, but still after a week my condition is the same, my heartbeat stays normal as long as i lie down even when i lie down sometimes it rises up... My 2d echo, usg is normal...
Female | 22
A test result of TSH at a high level signifies that the thyroid could be malfunctioning. This can be caused by rapid heart rates, weight loss, and bloating. The medicine is the cause for the improvement, but the improvement may take a while to show. Often, determining the correct dosage requires some experimentation. Do not forget to tell your doctor about any changes or improvements in your health.

I m 45 yrs old.and I have thyroid. My TSH level is 7.110. my dosage of throxine 75 mcg.now please tell me about the dosage.
Female | Shalini Bal
A TSH level of 7.110 indicates that your thyroid hormone is not functioning properly even though you are taking 75 micrograms of thyroxine. The fact that you have a high level of TSH indicates that your thyroid gland is not producing enough thyroid hormones. Signs of this include a feeling of drowsiness, excess weight, and getting cold. An increased dose of thyroxine could be considered to stabilize your thyroid and, in turn, your TSH level back to the normal range. Substantive discussions with your doctor should be conducted to examine the findings and to agree on the appropriate path to follow.

I am a 35-year-old woman with hypothyroidism and I've been experiencing weight gain. What are some effective ways to manage my weight?
Male | 35
Hypothyroidism is often linked to weight increase because of slow metabolism. To control weight, eat a balanced diet with whole grains, fruits, and lean proteins while keeping the portion sizes in check. Integrating regular physical movement such as brisk walking or strength training into your life will also contribute to higher metabolism. The most important thing is to stay hydrated and get enough sleep. Therefore, checking your thyroid hormone levels with your doctor regularly is highly recommended, as adjusting the medication may be very beneficial. During an initial consultation, a diet specialist will establish a specific food plan for you.

I Have deficiency of Vitamin D In lab report it shows 11ng Somthing So I started Taking 5000UI Daily but in internet there is Problem called Blood Calcification Somthing Do I need any other Tablets like Magnesium Zic K2?
Male | 21
Vitamin D deficiency can lead to symptoms like fatigue, bone pain, and muscle weakness. Your lab result indicates a significant low level, and starting 5,000 IU daily is a common approach for repletion. It's essential to monitor calcium levels, as excessive vitamin D can contribute to calcification. Adding magnesium, zinc, or vitamin K2 may support overall health, but it’s best to consult your healthcare provider before making any changes. They can tailor a plan based on your specific needs and ensure safe supplementation. Regular check-ups are important for monitoring progress and adjusting dosages as needed.

Gynecomastia on one side can present as swelling or tenderness in the breast tissue. Common causes include hormonal imbalances, certain medications, or underlying health issues. While this condition can be concerning, it often resolves on its own. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and a balanced diet, may help. However, if you notice persistent symptoms or discomfort, I encourage you to consult a plastic surgeon. They can provide a thorough evaluation and discuss potential treatment options tailored to your needs.

These symptoms may be caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which is a hormonal disorder. PCOS is no doubt one of the endocrine disorders that affect mostly women. You should consult a gynecologist so that your entire problem will be handled by only one doctor and at the same time all your symptoms will be resolved.

Cyprodoil is a medicina used for balancing hormones, especially estrogen and progesterone. Blood tests, which confirm changes like acne and hair loss by hormonal dysregulation are regulated.
