I am 62 year old. I have been taking medicine for last 4-5 year. Heart pumping was set at 42% from last 3 year , but I had got heat attack 2 times and now pumping work at 30% and No blockage, now what should I will do ?

I have a heart rate of around 96 during resting, and could rise up to 110 or 111 during resting. I calculated this through Apple Watch.

Your dad, who is 71 years old, experienced an ischemic stroke 14 days ago. As a result, he lost sensation on his right side and has some speech difficulties.
