You mentioned trouble sleeping for 2 months. That's a long time - insomnia can feel exhausting. Many factors like stress, anxiety, and poor habits contribute. Simple exercises like deep breaths or light yoga before bed may improve sleep quality. Avoiding screens close to bedtime and maintaining a routine sleep schedule are also beneficial. However, if difficulties persist despite these efforts, seeking medical advice is recommended.

I have ocd with medicine fluvoxamine 200, Mg aripipirazole 2mg and vortioxetine 20mg and i am not able to concentrate and focus on studies and i also day dreaming while studying and not able to sit for study more than 5 minutes or more than 1 topic please tell me which medicine i should take but my doctor online doc has told to eat modafinil but online research papers said that modafinil increases the symptoms of ocd
Male | 24
Your symptoms may relate to your OCD and medication effects. While Modafinil may help with alertness, research indicates it might exacerbate OCD symptoms for some individuals. I recommend discussing your concerns with your psychiatrist, who can review your medications and possibly adjust them for better efficacy. Additionally, exploring strategies such as brief, focused study sessions or mindfulness techniques might aid your concentration.

Mera antral gastritis hai ...1 year se .....uske sath long time se depression anxiety hai .....but gastritis thik nahi ho raha hai.... hamesha activity hoti hai ....pet fula reheta hai ... discomfort hota hai ...khana digestion hone mein bhi bohot time leta hai ....kya ye depression anxiety k karan thik nahi ho raha hai
Male | 21
It's tough when both physical and emotional issues overlap. Stress from depression and anxiety can indeed worsen gastritis symptoms. When you're anxious, your body releases more acid which can irritate your stomach lining even more. To help manage your gastritis better, it's important to address your mental health too. Along with your current treatment, I recommend talking to a psychiatrist to explore strategies to cope with your emotions. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation could also help.

To regain concentration and confidence, it is vital to adopt healthy ways of life such as eating nutritious food, getting enough sleep, and regular exercise. Besides that, being taught some mindfulness skills including meditation and deep breathing can also be useful. If symptoms remain unresolved, guidance from a psychiatrist will be required.

It seems you are in depressive phase of bipolar disorder, and you most likely seems to have bipolar II, where in one has more of depressive episodes, and short hypomanic episodes, one needs to take mood stabilizers under supervision of psychiatrist to control mood swings( from hypo mania to depression ) along with antidepressants which should help to recover from your illness , and need to psycho educate the patient and relatives on symptoms of both depression and hypomanic episodes

Male | 24
Based on what you’ve said, your weight loss, sadness, tenseness, and nervousness could be symptoms of chronic stress. When we experience stress for a long time, it affects our minds and our body. You should try to take it easy and find some ways to cope with stress — for example, deep breathing exercises, confiding in a friend, or doing something fun. If things don’t get better, think about talking to a psychiatrist or counselor.

Habitual symptoms of hyperbolic headaches, insomnia, xerostomia, lacrimation, panic attacks, sweating, and the appearance of discomfort in the chest make the situation difficult to bear. These signs and symptoms may be a consequence of stress, anxiety, or any other medical problems hidden deeply. It is important to confront these emotions in a constructive and useful way. Taking higher doses of benzodiazepines, like Xanax (frontin) and zolpidem, can lead to serious risks, even if you feel fine now. Potential symptoms of an overdose include drowsiness, confusion, slowed breathing, and unresponsiveness. Given the amounts you mentioned, it's essential to seek medical help even if you're feeling okay; professionals can monitor and provide necessary care. It can be tough to manage weak memory, trouble speaking, feeling upset, quick forgetfulness as well as past depression. I see these problems may stem from too much phone use and frequent masturbation for many years. You should cut down on the mobile phone and get help from professionals. Doctors will show you what treatments are available for this condition and how you can change your lifestyle to improve your mental health.
