Me 4 mahino se running practice kr rahi hu meri 2400 meters ki race hai 14 minute me lekin me 100 meters pr hi thak jaati hu mujhe bhot kamjori hai me aise medicines chahti hu jisse meri kamjori dur ho gaye . meri paachan shakti bhot weak hai itne dino se practice krne ke baad bhi koi result nhi nikal rha hai

Aapki thakan aur kamjori se ho sakta hai ki aapki diet mein kuch kami ho ya aapko sahi rest nahi mil raha ho. Aapko iron, protein, aur vitamins se bhara khana lena chahiye, jaise daal, ankurit sabziyaan, aur fruits. Hydration bhi important hai, toh paani peena mat bhooliye. Zyada practice se injury ya overtraining bhi ho sakta hai, toh apne routine ko thoda adjust karo.
