Hydra Facial
My fiance, her sister and I went to a clinic for a Hydra facial. Unfortunately, we ended up in arguments with the staff because we were dissatisfied with the service. We were just trying to provide them with accurate feedback, but it turned into an argument. Let me explain. Normally, when you go for a service, the staff is polite and may offer you coffee, tea, or water as a common courtesy. But unfortunately at Dr Anwesha Poddar clinic's staff asked my fiance 3 times "Mam pehle aap payment kar do", "mam aap payment kab karoge" "Mam please payment kar do half abhi and half process ke bad". At that moment, I couldn't help but wonder whether I should return to this place in the future or opt for a visit to the circus. It was quite a comical situation, Hahahahah. I said to the staff let's start the process, hum bhi yahan hai aap and apka clinic bhi yahi hai" Let's start the process first. Then again one staff told me "Sir, hamare yahan pehle payment karni padti hai." I was surprised, we are at the wrong place. I told her "Mai abhi half payment kar raha hun aap process start kar do." After the Hydra facial, I was surprised to see my fiance's sister with 5-6 scratch marks on her face, which she really didn't like. She asked the staff why this had happened and provided feedback, but they couldn't agree on what they had done. I thought they were very rude and acted unprofessionally. and there is a girl (Staff) she said to my fiance "Mam aap na mujhe mat batao kaise kaam karte hai, mujhe 6 saal ka experience hai." At that time I was smiling. If she has six years of experience, the responsibility for this matter should lie with the doctor. I've read many reviews of this clinic, and it seems like you often respond to negative feedback to protect your reputation. However, it's evident that your responses often lack valid explanations. Please improve your customer service. In conclusion, We have wedding in our house next month, and now she had this treatment for her face. It's my opinion that your clinic should close or learn how to provide a good service, as it doesn't belong in this field.
