The first sign of pregnancy is missing periods so u have to wait till you don’t get periods on your expected date , let 7 days pass by from the expected date , u can then do urine pregnancy test to confirm the pregnancy. Albumin is a protein and it’s not normally secreted in urine . It it’s seen then , there are many causes like less proteins in blood , less hemoglobin , pregnancy induced hypertension or preeclampsia . It’s not in your control to reduce the albumin
But if your gynecologist takes care of these causes it will be under control

I am 49 years old. It has been a month now I have noticed that I have been experiencing pain and a burning sensation during urinating. I consulted with my gynec and she prescribed vaginal suppositories. Initially I got relief but then again it started. I feel the need to go to the washroom more frequently than usual. I am not diabetic. After all this, I didn't take it seriously. But for the last 2-3 days I had difficulties in holding it. Now I feel this is very serious because I am not old enough for this problem. I searched on the internet and found it could be a reason for bladder cancer. Is that so? Hi , don’t worry abt cancer and all.I feel it’s a urinary tract infection, get a urine routine microscopy test followed by urine culture and sensitivity.If urine routine report shows pus cells and bacteria then our diagnosis is confirmed. Visit a gynecologist with your reports.
After a hysteroscopy, I was diagnosed with cancer last week. For over a year I had been bleeding and in chronic pain since December. I'm not sure which stage it is. So, I'm here. Should I visit a gynecologist ? or what? Please advise me.

I am very sorry to know your diagnosis of cancer. I would like to know your age and also how the cancer was diagnosed, was a biopsy sent, and what is the report of that biopsy? You definitely need to see a gynecologic oncologist with your biopsy reports.

Hey I am 21 years old woman. I am having a issue in my menstrual periods. Last i got my period on 30th Dec. 21 and i was suppose to have my periods on around 29th jan 22. Its 4th feb now and didnt have my periods. I have abdominal pain sometimes. Earlier i never had problem related to periods , i used to have my periods on the given date only. I had protected sex on 5th January, still i get tested with the kit its showing negative.

Hi, There are several causes for delayed periods. U first need to rule out pregnancy by taking a urine pregnancy test if it shows a single line means it’s negative. After that, u need to visit a nearby gynaecologist or a Sonologist and take transvaginal sonography of the pelvis and get your endometrial thickness checked, depending upon which the gynaecologist will give medicines to bring in periods If the urine test is positive then u need to go to the gynaecologist and she will explain you further details

They gave me clotrimazole pessaries,FAS kit, doxycycline+metronidazole+cefixime 400mg kit twice(7+7days). But still I'm having this problem there is white/(some times clear)stringy discharge too. Have you checked the AMH level of yourself, and also the antral follicle count in Sonography?
Hsg is not the absolute report, probability of it being right is 60% since the patient is conscious and the procedure itself is painful, thus the report can falsely show positive/negative indication. The true status of the tube is better assessed by a diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy, wherein we put a telescope in your abdomen.

For IUI your fallopians tubes must be open.
To check Fallopian tubes we need a diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy, wherein a telescope is put into your abdomen from your belly button, so as to check the exterior of your uterus as well as the external opening of the Fallopian tubes.
Additionally, we have to do a hysteroscopy as well, that is putting a telescope into your vaginal opening and then having a look at the inner lining and the internal opening of your tube.
If your tubes are normal then you have unexplained case of infertility, and same has been observed in few instances in past. Sometimes there are no reasons for infertility as such, but this can be concluded only if your reports and that of your husband's turn out to be normal.
If you are overweight then you should also follow a healthy diet & exercise routine.
After doing all of this you can go ahead with IUI, if at all you have unexplained infertility. It can be done for 4-5 cycles.

If you don’t want pregnancy, then you will first have to get your sonography done, to see for how many weeks you have been pregnant. Hi am 22 years old female, I sexually active and I suffering from vaginal ichiness, unusual discharge, like cottage cheese, slightly yellowish and dryness in my vagina. You have vaginal candiasis plus bacterial vaginosis. Doing following things can help you:
- Take tab Fas3 kit, which also contains all the information regarding how to take the medicine.
- Insert candid CL vaginal pessary in your vagina at night for 3 nights.
- Also take tab fluconazole 150 mg every Sunday for next 6 Sundays.
- This kit also has to be taken by your partner
Regarding UTI treatment you need to check your urine routine microscopy test:
- Go to lab, they will give you a sterile container.
- Wash your private parts with soap and water, separate your labial skin with your hand and let a very sparse amount of your initial urine drain away, then within that flow of urine itself, you collect the remaining fluid in the bottle and give for testing.
- Till the time the report comes, you can start syp cital 2 caps in one glass of water three times a day.
- Also take novefos Satchet 3 gm in one glass of water stat, no further dose of this satchet.
