My son has a condition where there is some inverted hair in the back hip area. The doctor recommended getting laser treatment for the removal and to cure pilonidal sinus. His skin is normal. My question is, Which laser should we opt for, how many sitting and the total cost required? Options nearby Mathura would be better.

Laser hair reduction- Diode and triple wave is good. Cost of Laser Hair Removal differs from place to place and city to City. Sorry I am unable to help you out as Mathura is a place I am not very much aware about

I had a fair to medium looking skin tone while growing up but somehow I started to get tann very easily. I have prominent hyperpigmentation or pigmentation around my mouth and head. I just need a proper but safe treatment for hyperpigmentation around my mouth. And a skin brightening safe serum that could restore my natural color. I follow ctm routine+ use a broad spectrum sunscreen SPF40 everyday. Please suggest something that's safe and effective

Pores could be due to several reasons. Right from oily skin, to aging skin, genetically determined skin with pores and due to acne. Depending on the cause, the treatment would vary. But in common- Retinol-based products should help for the pores.

Treatment for this would be -
Botox for the wrinkles
Along with an anti aging cream with Hyaluronic acid gel
Finally would suggest dermal filler for the deep or sunken under eye.
PRP and CO2 Non ablative laser is also an option but multiple sessions would be needed for the wrinkles. You can also visit a dermatologist near your place or have a video consultation with best dermatologist in Indiranagar. Hope this answer helps you.
